App set up needs addressing!

Tried to set up the app as someone stated before it is impossible to do very poor app - a fundamental flaw for such a large company.
Even trying to register my machine for warranty is a pain doesn't recognise the part number or serial number on their QR sticker in the box
Not a good start in ownership of a Karcher haven’t even used the machine yet!

Pressure Washer

I just received a Pressure Washer as a retirement gift from my work place and am trying to register it but neither the “Scan Code” nor “Entering it manually” will accept its information. How ridiculous is that. That’s probably because they sent me some old out of date no longer available product. Haha 😂. After an hour of trying to register my Pressure Washer I give up. Have better things to do. Will contact the company through email tomorrow. Some retirement gift this turned out to be, can’t even register it!

Bluetooth connection is extremely buggy

Title says it all. Pairing devices has ridiculously short time outs and unnecessary complications.

Can’t connect to Bluetooth

Since I’ve updated the app, it now won’t connect to my Karcher. Just keeps saying unable to pair. Tried everything it advises but just won’t connect.

Will not register product

Forgot the product I bought and now it's stuck on a low pressure setting.

Gone in 60 seconds

Nothing more annoying than having to register all your personal private information or link your social media accounts just to view their products or just an app. There is a guest option, but you can’t seem to agree to the terms and conditions. So deleted in less than a minute and looking at what other manufacturers have on offer.

Just doesn’t function

Will not complete the registration process; scan mechanism doesn’t work; manual serial number doesn’t register.

Disappointing customer offering

Unable to add a new purchased device, part number not recognised! Even though the app helps you find the WD6PS part number and the same P/N is on website. I have even tested several other products and again P/N not recognised. I suggest you stick to developing karcher hardware which is generally good but stay away from APP information technology which gives customers a poor view of karcher. This app development is very poorly maintained.

Doesn’t work

I haven’t been able to connect a product using Bluetooth. There are always glitches even when following the instructions.
