Holy crap, I can’t believe an app like this finally exists. I’ve been waiting for something like this for a long time and so far, after connecting providers, uploading past tests, and getting as much filled in as possible, I’m SO impressed.
Honestly, my only pieces of feedback would be feature requests because I’ve had no issues or bugs so far. I would love to see an update bringing widgets and Apple Watch function for quick entries like taking meds, logging water, etc. I do get affected by environmental things like weather and temperature so adding a way to integrate and track local weather would be very helpful. Then if there was a tab or section to list and track our actual provider name and contact info would be stellar as well.

I could not list all of the things that are amazing about the app and the people who make it, so you should totally go through their TikTok, but most importantly, of all, if you try it, and there’s something that’s not working for you, you can message them, because they are amazing and are basically building this app based on what people ask for. if you are trying to track any of your health issues, your meds, your health history, this app is awesome, even without paying for premium.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️Show lesssarahlay23
The best health tracking app with the most integrations
This app has made life easier. I can track my symptoms and add notes. I can do it once, or multiple times a day and add a time stamp. It integrates with so many apps and systems like Apple Health, MyChart, Quest, LabCorp, Follow My Heath, and so many more. The things I would like to see added is a way to reduce the duplication of medications (since it pulls from each system), and a way to show an image of body pain to show where it hurts (and possibly add descriptive imaging for stabbing, throbbing, etc with multiple pain in same areas).
The best part is the section that helps you prepare for an upcoming visit. You can add your notes, pull in info from your last visit if it’s there from the doctor’s system.
I have tried so many apps over the years, and this one wins, hands down. It’s not perfect, but they do take feedback well. With chronic illness and pain, we are a complicated community.Show lessMicca B

Hi Micca, thank you for the review! We automatically try to merge duplicate medications, but you can also merge your duplicate meds by going to your Profile Page, click into Meds, then click the 3 dots in the top right, and click "Merge Meds". You can also rename your meds too since sometimes providers don't send the correct names. For body pain, you can click the "body" icon when logging your symptoms, and mark where on your body you're feeling pain. Adding adjectives is a great suggestion! No other app is worth using when your doctors don’t have access to the information. Guava connects to your health records and information goes both ways. I track everything on here…….maybe it’ll finally help my doctors figure out what’s wrong with meloveolivia8
Great product!
I have been using the Guava app for at least 6 months and I love it. I have not found a better medical records, test results, after visit notes, health data from synced devices. I love being able to have so much information all together in on place. It has easy visuals with graphs to monitor your health changes. I recommend giving it a try 5 Stars!Show lessLuv2Shop8402

Best app for spoonies
I never write app reviews but I’m doing it for the first time bc of this app. I have several chronic illnesses and this app has given me the control and peace of mind that I never thought I could have. My doctors appreciate having solid evidence and data, and appreciate being able to have an accurate account of my days and seeing how things affect me. This app is user friendly and the support from the developers is amazing. This app is amazing and has given me the greatest gift anyone can have with a chronic illness can have, the ability to feel like there is some level of control over what’s happening in their body. Having recently been diagnosed and gone through cancer treatment, Guava is such an amazing tool to have to keep track of everything you need to know about your health journey. For someone who doesn’t know how to sometimes read medical results, the app helps you understand medical information in a an easy to read form. Truly helpful esp for chronic illness
These developers have thought of everything. This app is incredibly intuitive and has helped me immensely. It’s so easy to keep track of my medications, symptoms, food, my lab work, all
my different specialists, my day to day pulse ox, b/p and more. Even when I’m in horrific pain, it’s so easy to mark down what symptoms I’m having and at what level. I’ve had no buggy issues and the developers are very responsive when I have a question. I feel my data is very safe with them also which is important to me.

Must have app for chronic illness!
This app makes it so easy to keep an eye on my health. I use it daily to make sure I take my medications, what I’ve eaten, various symptoms…and then it compiles it to potentially find any patterns that me and my medical team may be missing. If I were still working as a health coach, I would certainly be using this with my clients - especially with how simple it is to share your information with your health team!
