Truly Useful

I struggle with mental illness and have long wondered where all of my medical information was and how it should be safely kept. I downloaded Guava thinking it would help. Well, it has. I’ve easily connected online health accounts, uploaded paper records (which it securely extracts data from and applies the information to my account), tracked my medications (what I’ve been on in the past, allergies or side effects to certain ones, and what I’m currently taking), and my symptoms. The symptom tracking is what I find most valuable. I can track my symptoms such as anxiety, racing thoughts, etc, and it builds the big picture. The app then allows you to generate reports based on input.

Overall: Guava builds a timeline of health. Allows you to quickly access anything in it securely. And creates medically adept reports which can be provided to medical professionals. I trust this app with my private data, and would recommend it to others.

Worth It

Battling PTSD, ADD, MDD severe with psychosis, and generalized anxiety disorder. My doctors were all a mess because of so many changes in where I lived, and I hat my insurance would cover. I decided I needed to catalogue my medical history so I can present it to my current provider so we don’t keep going in circles. I opted to try this App and it was a great idea. Don’t get me wrong, the AI functions are improving, but the key function is the reporting capabilities and tracking capabilities.

Best health tracker

This app makes tracking my medical records, medication, symptoms and treatments so easy and easy to understand. It is easy to use and constantly keeps my records, tests, labs, etc. up to date.
I would highly recommend this to anyone but especially to anyone suffering with a chronic illness.
Thank you!!

My Most Helpful Health Tracking App

I have a complex medical condition and have tried many apps and methods of pulling my health data together, tracking symptoms, meds & supplements. Guava is the best one yet.

It has most of the features that detailed New Patient forms ask for so you create data and quantify symptoms that are otherwise abstract, like pain and what kinds of pain by description or appetite and nausea issues.

I have yet to try the functionality of the paid subscription but the free version has allowed me to make correlations on my own through Reminders to check in with myself.

The Medication Reminds are flexible. If you intend to import medical records, I suggest doing so before you set up medications because they will import but can be modified, dups merged etc. I wish I’d been selective when syncing my patient portals to minimize clean up for that reason.

The Customer Service is responsive. I wish I’d found this app years ago.

This is the chronic illness holy grail

Holy crap, I can’t believe an app like this finally exists. I’ve been waiting for something like this for a long time and so far, after connecting providers, uploading past tests, and getting as much filled in as possible, I’m SO impressed.
Honestly, my only pieces of feedback would be feature requests because I’ve had no issues or bugs so far. I would love to see an update bringing widgets and Apple Watch function for quick entries like taking meds, logging water, etc. I do get affected by environmental things like weather and temperature so adding a way to integrate and track local weather would be very helpful. Then if there was a tab or section to list and track our actual provider name and contact info would be stellar as well.

Thank you thank you thank you for creating this app!

AMAZING 🤩

I could not list all of the things that are amazing about the app and the people who make it, so you should totally go through their TikTok, but most importantly, of all, if you try it, and there’s something that’s not working for you, you can message them, because they are amazing and are basically building this app based on what people ask for. if you are trying to track any of your health issues, your meds, your health history, this app is awesome, even without paying for premium.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The best health tracking app with the most integrations

This app has made life easier. I can track my symptoms and add notes. I can do it once, or multiple times a day and add a time stamp. It integrates with so many apps and systems like Apple Health, MyChart, Quest, LabCorp, Follow My Heath, and so many more. The things I would like to see added is a way to reduce the duplication of medications (since it pulls from each system), and a way to show an image of body pain to show where it hurts (and possibly add descriptive imaging for stabbing, throbbing, etc with multiple pain in same areas).

The best part is the section that helps you prepare for an upcoming visit. You can add your notes, pull in info from your last visit if it’s there from the doctor’s system.

I have tried so many apps over the years, and this one wins, hands down. It’s not perfect, but they do take feedback well. With chronic illness and pain, we are a complicated community.

Hi Micca, thank you for the review! We automatically try to merge duplicate medications, but you can also merge your duplicate meds by going to your Profile Page, click into Meds, then click the 3 dots in the top right, and click "Merge Meds". You can also rename your meds too since sometimes providers don't send the correct names. For body pain, you can click the "body" icon when logging your symptoms, and mark where on your body you're feeling pain. Adding adjectives is a great suggestion! We're planning on adding that soon so it should be in a coming update :) Thank you again for your feedback and suggestions to make the app more useful for you and others!

So useful!

No other app is worth using when your doctors don’t have access to the information. Guava connects to your health records and information goes both ways. I track everything on here…….maybe it’ll finally help my doctors figure out what’s wrong with me

This app is AMAZING

Just wanted to say that this app is amazing for helping me to track my vitamins, medications, symptoms, events and activities. I have PoTS, stomach issues and period issues and was losing track of everything, struggling to answer questions on e-consults about how often I experience things. This means I don’t have to remember it all, I can just check my app. Clear layout, easy to use. Thank you so much for making this 🥇.

Hi! You can edit events from the Events section of your Profile tab, or by navigating directly to the day in question on the timeline of your Today tab. If you're thinking of a different type of event, feel free to send us feedback in the app or send us an email at hello@guavahealth.com and we'll take a look! Sorry about the late response, we accidentally missed this at first.

Great product!

I have been using the Guava app for at least 6 months and I love it. I have not found a better medical records, test results, after visit notes, health data from synced devices. I love being able to have so much information all together in on place. It has easy visuals with graphs to monitor your health changes. I recommend giving it a try 5 Stars!
