Could be great
The app constantly pulls up the route and then the buses don’t show up on the map. Literally will be there one minute then gone the next. So I waste a lot of time waiting at the bus stop trying to guess when they’re going to come because they are never on schedule. Please please fix this issue.
When it works….
I have to use the app almost everyday for my commute. When the maps and bus locations work, it’s great - but some days the whole things just freezes, and I can’t get it to show anything.
Great app but sometimes doesn’t stop loading
I’ve been using the app for months now, and I use it almost daily. The more I use it, the more I encounter these loading glitches. I just see the logo and the tabs being loaded. Even after waiting it out sometimes it just doesn’t load unless you check again after an hour or two which is very inconvenient.

The app doesn’t load
Until about a month ago the app was work perfectly and it is great! It’s been about 2-3 weeks that the app doesn’t load on my phone no matters what I do. When this issue is fixed I’ll change my review to 5 stars as it’s a great app when it works.
This app has more than the last one, BUT NEVER LOADS FOR ME
I use this app multiple times a day, and I had to download the old one (which is so hard to read), just because the app never loads.
Today I had my phone open on the app for 30 minutes, and after swiping it out and re-opening it, it still hasn’t loaded. I’ve missed many buses because of this small issue. The other app loads, but doesn’t show clear routes or arrival times.
If you could fix this for me, that would be so helpful!!

When it works…
When it works, it does alright. Currently won’t load for me or others. Lots of bugs and easy fixes could make this app (and the bus system) more usable. Still a big improvement over previous versions.
A waste to users
A real waste of time. It would be better to format mat or o to a brousure other wise useless on an electronic device.
Inconsistent
Love the app when it works (which is only half the time). Great resource for people taking public transit, but you never know if the app is going to work or not.
Better but not great
Much better than the older ones were, and exciting thay they are trying to add an estimate for wait time. However, still super glitchy and the time estimates are not particularly accurate
Great app for public transit
Great features, reliable. Live bus tracking, alerts for detours.
