This app is the reason I drink
Welcome to the app that only works 15% of the time, if you’re lucky. Even when you think it has worked and you successfully check a patient in and out, you will get home to see an open visit. Call tech support for help-they will tell you it’s your phone, your service and/or your stupidity, but never the app that is problematic. Welcome to a world of high blood pressure and migraines, too bad you don’t have a choice about using it. Thanks Medicaid, you lived up to your expectations.

Never works rural areas
It absolutely ridiculous that we have to use this app in the first place because of the new mandated Texas law. Just another thing to have to document, regardless on top of having to keep a timely schedule for home health the app hardly ever works especially in rural areas, where they say “it’s supposed to work offline” it doesn’t. Now it just crashes every time I go to log in after the new update.

Patients will ultimately lose
This app system is such a pain in the rear. All my visits disappeared. And yes, I did everything correctly. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the whole app while I was at the patients house just to get it to let me log in. I work with pediatrics so you can imagine how difficult that was. These hassles are going to make providers not want to work with these populations. Maybe HHS should have made sure these EVV’s were more reliable before rolling it out.

Not a good application
This is the worst app I have ever used Vesta is so much better. The system doesn’t work at all. I have so many issues with this system from it showing that I am not in the area. I take pictures of my client Every day for my records because the app is always saying something different. The company I work for should go back to the old system, other companies complain about it if I could I would give it 0 stars,

What a train wreck
This app is complete garbage. It rarely works like it’s intended. It’s extremely inconvenient that it doesn’t respond. I cannot believe that states are relying on this app in order to track Medicaid visits. The app crashes often it doesn’t respond to tap. You must sign out and sign in multiple times in order for the app to respond. I haven’t used an app with so many issues in the last 10 to 15 years. this should have never made it out of its beta testing phase let alone be relied on to track and record visits in real time. If I could give it zero stars, it would be -5 stars that’s how bad it is.

Still has some issues.
The app was doin alright after the new updates. Faster loading time, and less of a tendency to delete my schedule data. GPS still doesn’t work right tho.
Anyway, I started having issues with it again after it wouldn’t let me log in using my fingerprint. I was like “okay” and I tried logging in with my password instead, but then I keep getting this dumb error that says something about “please log out, and log back in to fix the issue” BUT I’M NOT EVEN LOGGED in 💀 that’s the issue. How am I gonna log out if I can’t even log in, man?
This keeps happening over and over, even after closing the app and opening it again. I even restarted my IPhone and, nothing. Same results.

I HATE THIS APP!
This is the worst app ever! First off you can’t even use it with your cell service! So like every other app on the planet will run using my Verizon unlimited cell service BUT THIS ONE! So I actually had to pay to have WiFi put in the clients home so I would be able to use this app. Also bought a new phone and still the same problem. Then today I couldn’t log in cause it continually said I had to internet connection! With not only full service bars and full WiFi bars it says no connection. Restarted my phone, WiFi box and everything several times and still getting the same message!

What a sorry EVV app service Texas has signed up with
I have not had any problems with this app until they updated their version three days ago. Now I get repeated messages that I am not logged into Internet service Therefore, I cannot login and record my time. It tells me to establish an Internet connection and try to login again. Well, everything in my house and all the other apps on my phone have no problem & are logged in to internet so it’s working fine. It is only this app that cannot seem log on after their version update!! And yes, I have deleted it and reinstalled three times and it makes no difference.

If there were a 0 star option I would select
Texas moved to this application at the end of 2023. It has been a complete nightmare for employees, employers and state agencies supporting MDCP. The State launched the program and then rolled back to give HHA time to fix issues. At relaunch months later there are still persistent issues. The app doesn’t always work, employees are missing and unable to log in. Clocked visits intermittently disappear. There is no support for app users, instead they route employees to the state agencies to triage. HHA was not prepared to take on the contract for the state of Texas.
