Never works right

It’s always a hassle to wash my clothes. There is always connection error popping up and when I think it has found the machine it sometimes doesn’t start washing.

Hard to use and buggy

The app doesn’t provide anything useful in my dorm situation. The timer in the app does not correspond with the washing machine, there’s very little indication of how to use the app, and starting one dryer seemed to add time to the one below it as well.

This app has many bugs and maintenance takes a long time.

You can only start machines while standing next to them so this app is just one extra button to press.

Bad Performance

The app does not connect to the machine you are using, the concept is predatory as you have no alternative to use the machine other than a poor app. I see no option either to add time that I could do before this app.

Bad interface

This app has very bad interface. It took me and my friends long time to learn how to use it. I don’t know why my school sticks to this app.

Check the developers response below, the developer even just copy and paste the response to everyone. This is really pointless.

Horrible system

Never works. Takes too long. Needs to be abolished. Nothing expedient about this system.

WORST APP EVER
WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA??? can only pay if you have a phone and about two hours of time to wait for funds to process. absolute waste of time. would leave negative stars if i could.

UCI

Let me just use NFC and Apple Pay instead of needing to preload an account with points intentionally to get me to pay more than I need to. It’s such an unbelievably scummy practice.

Organize and fight this discriminatory App

Requires smartphone and wifi. Many don’t have this as an option. This company forces you to only use this app when using coins credit or debit is so much easier. I have friends who now are forced to wash laundry in sinks and buckets since they don’t have access and can’t afford wifi
Even for those that can work the app, there are Bluetooth issues and money transfer issues. Very frustrating.

I can only recommend to organize and fight the app. Idk if it’s a contract thing, but don’t let it happen at all costs- go to the top of your food chain, petition, do anything. Don’t use it if possible. It’s a step backwards in doing laundry.
