Unnecessary steps!!
So many steps to add funds and get it started, that’s if it doesn’t crash and makes washing clothes last 6 hours more than it needs to.davey1555
Bad registration
Made over two payments because I assumed the first one wasn’t working. I waited 15 minutes for bother and still nothing in the app so I’ve been left with wet laundry in the dryer for a good 30 minutes now

The worst
This app requires you preload money into it. I have to give a month’s worth of laundry to the school at a time to use this app. So many extra steps for the schools to keep the small amounts left in our accounts at the end of the year. Just allow us to use our cards you ghouls.R.L.

Terrible service
I used to do laundry with a credit card and it was so easy. Now I have to use this ridiculous service that has only complicated everything and made it impossible for me to do laundry because they don’t connect well to my school accountAlexxxx009
Bad prices
I placed in $10 into the account and after just one wash and dry it went down to $4.25. Maybe it’s a bug but it was displayed as $1.25 for wash and $1 for dryer so why then was I charged an extra $3.50 for no reason.HamSolo101

This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. Every thing is complicated and it’s a 1000 steps just to do some laundry. Idk why they thought this would be helpful but it’s made a task as peaceful as doing laundry a living nightmare.kobreexy
