Non-user friendly. What is the point of this app if you can’t add funds directly into the app to pay? So many unnecessary steps just to do laundry!

This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. Every thing is complicated and it’s a 1000 steps just to do some laundry. Idk why they thought this would be helpful but it’s made a task as peaceful as doing laundry a living nightmare.
Time Malfunction
It said I had 0mins left but when I went to the machine it said 10mins. Afterwards I had to take out my clothes and they were soaking wet it took like 6hours for me to dry them.

I have never written a review for an app but I have never been so enraged. This is the worst app of all time and I do not understand why school is overcomplicating washing our clothes. You're telling me I had to buy $25 school credits to wash ONE LOAD OF CLOTHES. All of the students here are already broke. Anyways I bought the school credits and they didn't load on the app until like half an hour later. I could have spend that half hour doing homework or something but no I was just trying to figure out this stupid app when time is of essence like bruh. Why can't we just pay with quarters? Like you're telling me we have to download this whole app and waste money buying a bunch of school credits that I am not even going to use and then wait for everything to load and once I start the washer I can't change the setting instead of just putting four quarters in the machine. I hate UCI I hate this app I hope this thing gets deleted off of the internet FOREVER. I swear I am no longer doing laundry on campus because of this, I am going to go walking to some random laundromat forty minutes away and if something happens I blame UCI and this stupid app

1. Why do we need an app to do laundry?
2. App’s ‘point’ is to pay for laundry, yet it provides no way to add funds so you can’t pay even if you wanted.

Zero star, very glitchy
This app is so glitchy that I dont even know where to start. Finally figured out that you cant scan the QR code sticker with your camera but u have to punch in the number. Then I wasnt able to start the machine and had to contact the company several times to get my refunds. Then I started the machine and the Timer still running saying theres 20 min left and then machine buzzed done. I get no notifications from the app and then all of the sudden they flood me with notifications. The app tells me to turn on my Bluetooth when its already on. Junk.
