Love that I don’t feel overwhelmed using this app! 😃 Some other apps for ADHD seems overly saturated with options and tasks. This one is simple, stress-free, and helpful with tracking my day-to-day symptoms and moods. The journal questions are fun and though-provoking. Simple timer to set tasks to. If there are tasks that I don’t complete one day, I can move them to the following day. The body-doubling feature is helpful when doing shorter tasks or during Pomodoro timed tasks. Thank you Dr. Hamdani for creating this app! 🤍

Subscription
It is kind of evil to invent an app for people with ADHD with a subscription that automatically renews after the free trial. I didn’t find that the app works for my brain, it might work for others, but realizing that I forgot to cancel my trial (likely part of it was because of my ADHD) and having to pay a month didn’t make me feel any better about my ADHD.

SO helpful for daily life w/ ADHD
This is exactly the app I’ve been looking for- and did not think was out there. I love Dr. Sasha’s book so I had a good feeling about it- but I had no idea how comprehensive this would be. I needed a productivity app to stay on top of daily tasks- which this is- but it’s so much more. There’s a body doubling feature to actually get work done, budgeting help, training sections, dopamine rewards (need this!!) and on and on- seriously so good. For the first time I feel hopeful I can start to balance all the things. I also want to note the cost is unbelievably fair - especially for all you get. I believe it will pay for itself in the amount I will get done and money I’ll save with the impulse spending budget guide. THANK YOU

Cancelled
I started the free trial and from the get go it’s completely frozen. I can’t scroll or select anything. Immediately went and canceled the subscription and deleted the app. Awful.

Hi Martha! We’re so sorry you faced this issue. We had a huge influx of users and were rapidly trying to accommodate for that, but it is now resolved! If you ever are interested in trying again, we’re here and finally past the growing pains of launching to such a big, beautiful base!
Enjoying new app but
I am enjoying this new app! I like the tracking items like water, focus, food and sleep. I wish I were able to also track exercise and medication as these are two large pieces in my daily management and would like to see how these impact my focus and productivity.
Pretty Disappointed
I was quite excited to try this app, unfortunately it has really failed to live up to what I was hoping for. As it’s a new app, I wouldn’t mind the bugs others have pointed out, however with such a short trial period (frankly, way too short even without the bugs), I feel like I’m paying to beta test it. I so think the educational content is quite good and well presented for us adhd types. Outside of that, there is very little to recommend in this. A very rudimentary to do list, a timer, and a scant selection of focus music provide nothing that is not easy to find and free.
I would really love to see (and what I was really hoping for and am yet to find) is a much more robust to-do list/task manager and calendar designed for people with adhd. Having something like that integrated with the educational content and focus/study tools would make for a heck of a powerful adhd management app.

Doesn’t work
The app is completely frozen right now, and it’s been that way for the past couple of days. Every time I try to open it, I can’t scroll through, I can’t select anything, it’s basically bricked. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
