I only had time to use it one time last week and the one day I did use it. I got so much done and I didn’t feel overwhelmed and stressed. I’m gonna continue using it and see if this app is truly gonna help improve my scheduling. it’s helping me learn so much about how my brain works as well. It makes scheduling, dare I say it, fun. I know if you’re reading this I wouldn’t believe me either but it’s true. If you don’t believe me, give it a try. If you don’t like it just cancel it. I have tried what feels like every ADHD app on the market. Gamify your life this! Hack your attention that! None of them resulted in my life changing the way I was desperate for - until this one. This app cared very little of my to-do list, instead focusing its attention on the deep work needed to make it happen. For the first time, I started to see change and progress in my life - even after the first week! I have never encountered an app as specific and intentional in its mission of aiding ADHD as this one. I have only been using clarify 4 days. I am paid hourly as an engineer, which I like for the flexibility it gives me however I have anyways found it a challenge to allocate my work hours to projects and tend to undercut myself.
Using clarify I have been able to focus on specific aspects of projects without getting sidetracked, and that has helped me increase the hours I feel I can legitimately charge for.
