They keep locking my account from online purchases!!
There is absolutely no reason my account keeps being restricted and I haven’t called not once about anything fraudulent!! Restricting my account because I use it on FanDuel is not a valid enough reason to tell me I can’t use my funds online. This has blocked and made me miss out on multiple opportunities of money. Also inconvenient to when I’m trying to pay my bills. Crazy thing is you can’t even call and have them remove the restriction on your own account!! That’s bull! I tried this bank and honestly outside of this issue I haven’t had any problems but I can’t rock with them telling me how and when I can use my money! 👎🏾App is not great
When I first joined I was pretty happy with the services I was receiving. But lately the app will not move past the log in screen after the credentials are accepted, which puts a huge inconvenience on me when I’m trying to move funds to make purchases for my business. Also the fact that I basically have to wire funds from another bank into this one just is a bit much, especially when I’m paying a monthly fee on top of that. I’m seriously considering using another banking method at this point. Great ideas here, just not very convenient.Worst

Unlock my card they aren’t open on Sunday at all and are only open during certain time on Saturday so if my account locks I’m out of luck until 9am Monday morning. No issues with direct deposits but issues with disputes they don’t believe in provisional credits I’m still waiting in results if u cancel membership you can not get your money back this bank is no different from any other bank they try to play the race card but I received better treatment from moneylion and all the other “white banks” going back to regular banks
