    Why did they charge me twice for the service rent in July? They charged me at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month they charged me twice. That is not fair.
  • Was mistreated at last visit

    On the last visit I was mistreated. Attendant was very rude to me. He’s never been real friendly but who is these days. As soon as he saw me he looked at coworker and said ‘I won’t be here long” rolling his eyes. He threw air freshener at me! He was angry because when I got there he wasn’t where he usually is, I pulled down too far and he said how long you been coming here? You should know what to do by now! I was trying to ask him something before he made me close window. He said y’all are suppose to do what we tell you and then you can start asking for stuff!
    I’m 65 yrs old and not sure how to get on the track unless someone is there to guide me.
    I canceled my account and tried to forget it but when I got a notification today asking about my service I couldn’t help but tell you what happened.
  • The absolute best!!!

    I stopped by here after seeing a young man holding a sign that said (Free car wash).

    When I pulled in I was greeted by a very nice man. He informed me I was able to bring any car to Hurricane car wash under their membership program. The free car wash cleaned very well so I decided to sign up for the promotion. I believe it was ten dollars for the first 4 weeks!

    I have now been a satisfied member for over 4 months. No other car wash will allow you the freedom of bringing any car for the same monthly price! My wife and I own 4 cars, this is by far the best cost savings.

    Employees will always go above and beyond. My cherrydale location is amazing. (Joe the site manager is the best!

    The hurricane car wash is the best chain car wash in South Florida for a quality wash tunnel and the supplies provided for interior self serve cleaning. The vacuums are powerful, the free products are quality, the micro fiber towels are always available , and the team is excellent. The manager is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond his scope of work to ensure everyone is taken care of. I have no areas for improvement. I go to the car wash 25/30 days a month, and have experienced every single kind.
  • Open Earlier than 8a

    I live nearby the north Pleasantburg Cherrydale location and absolutely love the improvements and convenience. That said I arrived at 7:45 AM to Discover they don't open till 8 AM. As I'm waiting for the open, I have observe no less than three cars come in to discover the same frustration and turn around and leave. Car wash operators need to be sensitive to the fact that people work every day and therefore should be open no later than 7 AM. Oh
  • Clunky, Confusing, Poor UI

    There is entirely too much going on in this app. Each time I attempt to submit information, I’m given an “Oh, no! Something went wrong!” error. I pre-paid for 30 washes and am told I have no prepaid washes. I did not want a membership, and am told I have a membership that will renew. I hope Hurricane remedies these issues and I don’t have to find a new regular car wash.

    Trued let the owner know that I already have their service and all those they my tage they don’t have any past member and credit card info that so way utilize every month in the amount of $45 for the 50+ wash however when I enter the complex it doesn’t say that I have the 50+ wash. Would somebody please look into this and get back to me ASAP My number is in the app or get to me through the message board in the app, I was a heroes member as well.
  • App doesn’t work well

    My husband purchased a year’s family membership in February 2023,from your store on Hunter Road in Ooltewah TN, and we downloaded your app on both of our phones. My husband has had no problem using the app, but it never would work for me. I have gotten assistance several times from your employees there at the car wash, but even they cannot figure it out. Every time I would scan the car wash barcode, I would receive a message stating my car wash was complete, and then I would have to back my car out. Because of this, we will not be returning to your business. I’ve also seen other customers experience the same issue while I was there at your business and they too backed out and left. This app is negatively affecting Hurricanes’ business.
  • Membership Cancellation

    The fact that I was auto enrolled and I have to call to cancel my subscription is insane! They say you can cancel at anytime when signing up, but don’t be fooled.
    The car wash process is easy and awesome, no problems with that at all. Just the membership process. I thought after the 1st month it would be done because that is what I signed up for. Nope, it kept charging my card. Anyways, just be careful and be warned.
  • Love the service and nice people

    I recently changed from another car wash and a car wash that I was really happy with but now I’m even more satisfied and I really do believe the cars are cleaner and shinier! I plan to be a customer for a long time. Don’t like a dirty car. Thank you Hurricane Express!
