Great Beginnings with Hurricane
We stopped by after seeing a free car wash sign at our local Hurricane Car Wash knowing there were be a sales pitch based on the “helpers” in the car line. We were glad we did and signed up for their unlimited washes. We’ve washed and vacuumed two cars and washed one. All three have been cleaned as well as any car wash can do- - there is no replacement for hand-washing but the convenience of a drive-through car wash can’t be beat.
Overall, we are satisfied with the car wash and mat-cleaning. We are VERY pleased and impressed with the vacuuming which uses a very strong suction and two vacuum heads. Both the normal wide end and a chisel end are provided. Additionally, a powered air nozzle blows a strong stream of pin-point air to loosen any ground in dust/dirt in hard to reach areas of your carpet.
The detailing spray and cloths work very well and that spray is very impressive.
The only thing missing at this point is a canopy over the vacuum area to shade the hot sun when you’re vacuuming your vehicle.

Don’t take your car to an automatic car wash and if you are anything like me since I have a 2023 vehicle I dry it became of the loud thumps we hear as going through the wash and to our surprise our brand new vehicle has scuffs and scratches around the entire vehicle. So you think this can be arranged to be corrected by the corporate office, that’s a joke they have yet to call me back but don’t even think twice to say It DID NOT HAPPEN HERE! I am done with this type of car wash because my white Toyota has scratches and scuffs so now I go to my insurance and let them take it over8karen
Horrible app
I got a wash while they were doing a promo then started getting charged for a monthly membership. I tried to cancel it and the app won’t let you cancel plans, it only provides a phone number that puts you on hold for 10 minutes then tells you there’s no support agents and to leave a message. Do yourself a favor and never use this app or car wash.Kaaii94
The hood and bad
The good and bad of this app is it makes life convenient. The app is a little slow to load up. If you remember, and it knows your clothes, it should just pop up for you to go to that location. Instead of having to click the button 15 times, while others are waiting in line behind you. But the absolute worst part about this app is canceling a membership. Instead of allowing you to just cancel like you did. Just join. Get directions to make a phone call. Then half the time they don’t pick up the phone. 14 attempts to cancel my account.Cricketsc
PAID and couldn’t get a wash!
I signed up for the monthly plan and when I tried to use the app, I received a message citing technical difficulties! THEN I asked the manager for help and the app said I reached my daily limit, though I hadn’t gotten my car washed. The main office was closed so I couldn’t speak with anyone and the manager no longer have the authority to allow me to get a car wash. They change the policy a few days ago. I drove 30 minutes to get my car washed to no avail. The manager felt terrible and was very nice but the company needs to have a better policy when there are technical difficulties with the app. What’s the point in getting the monthly plan if it doesn’t work all the time.Groovy Fan
Pretty awful
They bought our local car wash and not the quality is terrible. We have to use a stupid app to get car washes now instead of our hang tag. The wash quality has gone down as well. The tire shine doesn’t work anymore and there is always soap left on my truck now. Don’t bother.mcdavidsa

With the new update all you win is nothing just BUMMER after BUMMER. The location in Fayetteville NC will be closed when the app says all locations are open, they close when they want. They close for repairs and don’t let the members know when they open back up. Closed for half the month and no type of deal from the company, we still paid the full month. The way this location gets run I’m sure myself and others will start to look for a different place to wash our vehicles at.Tall&long88
