The hood and bad
The good and bad of this app is it makes life convenient. The app is a little slow to load up. If you remember, and it knows your clothes, it should just pop up for you to go to that location. Instead of having to click the button 15 times, while others are waiting in line behind you. But the absolute worst part about this app is canceling a membership. Instead of allowing you to just cancel like you did. Just join. Get directions to make a phone call. Then half the time they don’t pick up the phone. 14 attempts to cancel my account.

PAID and couldn’t get a wash!
I signed up for the monthly plan and when I tried to use the app, I received a message citing technical difficulties! THEN I asked the manager for help and the app said I reached my daily limit, though I hadn’t gotten my car washed. The main office was closed so I couldn’t speak with anyone and the manager no longer have the authority to allow me to get a car wash. They change the policy a few days ago. I drove 30 minutes to get my car washed to no avail. The manager felt terrible and was very nice but the company needs to have a better policy when there are technical difficulties with the app. What’s the point in getting the monthly plan if it doesn’t work all the time.

Pretty awful
They bought our local car wash and not the quality is terrible. We have to use a stupid app to get car washes now instead of our hang tag. The wash quality has gone down as well. The tire shine doesn’t work anymore and there is always soap left on my truck now. Don’t bother.

BUMMER
With the new update all you win is nothing just BUMMER after BUMMER. The location in Fayetteville NC will be closed when the app says all locations are open, they close when they want. They close for repairs and don’t let the members know when they open back up. Closed for half the month and no type of deal from the company, we still paid the full month. The way this location gets run I’m sure myself and others will start to look for a different place to wash our vehicles at.

Do not like having to use app
I do not like having to use an app to get my car washed. I do not carry my phone 24 hours a day and it’s a pain to have to roll down the window. The scanner does not want to except my phone well under that barcode scanner and I have to type it in manually. Will be looking for another carwash. It was so convenient to just pull up and it read the barcode on my window before.

Car wash
When I get there, it says I have exceeded my limit for the day. However, this is not the case because I’m the only one to take our vehicles to the car wash. I have the family package. The last time I went was about a month ago. It said then that I had exceeded the limit. I went today and the same thing happened.

Excellent drive thru wash. The attendants give extra attention to the prewash. Car comes out very clean and almost dry. They provide clean fiber towels and touch up spray cleaners. The vacuums are powerful and have different type of nozzles for more intricate cleaning. I am very pleased with their service and became a wash member. I’ve met, Mike, a Hurricane’s associate. He always greets you and is available to render assistance. I would rate this wash five stars.

Great app but…..
I love the app. The issue is, I can’t find out what my monthly payment is anywhere. I can find my credits I won from playing the game on the app (which is AWESOME). Just not what my monthly payment/plan is and the date it’s due.
