Do not like having to use app
I do not like having to use an app to get my car washed. I do not carry my phone 24 hours a day and it’s a pain to have to roll down the window. The scanner does not want to except my phone well under that barcode scanner and I have to type it in manually. Will be looking for another carwash. It was so convenient to just pull up and it read the barcode on my window before.cheryllyo
Car wash
When I get there, it says I have exceeded my limit for the day. However, this is not the case because I’m the only one to take our vehicles to the car wash. I have the family package. The last time I went was about a month ago. It said then that I had exceeded the limit. I went today and the same thing happened.sarah willliams

Excellent drive thru wash. The attendants give extra attention to the prewash. Car comes out very clean and almost dry. They provide clean fiber towels and touch up spray cleaners. The vacuums are powerful and have different type of nozzles for more intricate cleaning. I am very pleased with their service and became a wash member. I’ve met, Mike, a Hurricane’s associate. He always greets you and is available to render assistance. I would rate this wash five stars.Sunni14
Great app but…..
I love the app. The issue is, I can’t find out what my monthly payment is anywhere. I can find my credits I won from playing the game on the app (which is AWESOME). Just not what my monthly payment/plan is and the date it’s due.
Everything else is great and easy to use, set up.Emileenickole8
App down for maintenance?
I’m not sure if there was an update for Apple that messed with the app but I have been unable to use it for over a week now. The message says temporarily down for maintenance. Not cool during pollen season!!KM6n61
Do not sign up for this service
I signed up being led to believe that this can be used on multiple devices. What I was not told is that there is a wait period between using on different devices. Then when I go in to cancel my subscription the app is down just long enough for me to get charged for the second month at full price.Carolina574

I have tried to download this app since April 23 when I signed up for monthly special and it’s still not allowing me to access it. I’ve been back about 4 times and the girl always says it’s gonna accept my request but never does- so frustrated I’m thinking of going elsewhere 😡dallady

The app is fine it does what it’s supposed to be doing!
As for the people running the car wash, I watched them brush down the front and rear of several cars in front of me while I was in line, they brushed just about all of those cars front and rear windows.
But me! Never! The only time is if I ask them to do it! Then it’s usually have of my truck.
So after my wash today I parked and watched as they took care of 4 other customers completely after me. Yes I have a full size truck but it was a full-size truck directly in front of me and a full size SUV a few cars behind me. This is ridiculous!Big John Harris
Easy to use, but could be better
This app is pretty straightforward, but it’s functionality could be improved with an Apple Watch extension so you don’t have to stick your phone out the car window to scan at the entrance kiosk. I think this feature would make the member line move much quicker. 👍🏼DerekLE1995
