Already falling short
When I first started coming to the Fort Myers Hurricane Wash everything was excellent. Now a few months later there are days with no drying/cleaning towels and days they are closing early. I had hi hopes for this business after meeting the owner when they first opened

The only problem is the computer at the main entrance not recognizing the plate number of cars and have to be punched in by the attendance compare to other stations that have the same services.
This failure may discourage people from washing their cars there.
I don't find it funny to be going through my phone looking for codes before I can wash my car which means my wife or kids cannot wash my car without me being present or have to have my phone where the code will be displayed.
This needs to be changed. We are in 21 century.
