Amazing!

This app is so clear and functional! I use to have a clear light sauna and the app was not up to date, it was so annoying. Thank the lord I found Sunlighten. Sunlighten is the Gucci of saunas!! Trust me I 100% recommend a sauna from Sunlighten. The work that they put into everything is amazing! They have constant updates on the app so I am never disappointed on my recoveries!

Seamless & Next-Level

This is so cool! Sunlighten really delivered on this mobile app. The beautiful screens look just like the sauna tablet and are so convenient. I can schedule a session from work and when I get home it’s ready for me to de-stress. And the custom program is really easy to use. Also loved thinking about my goals to help me be more intentional. Can’t wait to see what else is coming!

Nonfunctional

Who does this? I was sold the M-Pulse sauna with the promise of this app. I was promised features such as a way to preheat my sauna from the app. This was 3 months ago. Losing confidence in Sunlighten! Take care of making this app functional or remove it please. I click on the app and “coming soon.” pops up. When I called Sunlighten about this customer service just laughed and told me how complicated the app is and don’t expect it anytime soon. Yet it is still offered as an incentive for purchase on the website. This is just terrible.

Useless

This is just a useless app taking up space. It’s a marketing tool they use when they sell their saunas saying that “we are designing an app that’s in the works.” It’s just a way of making the potential customer believe that they actually care about this app even though it’s just a prop. It’s just another example of corporate greed and no interest in the satisfying their customers they succeed better by just lying and deceiving. They have to do something when their competitors have a functioning application and better quality saunas for about the same price point.

Just promises

Still doesn’t work for controlling the Sauna preheat or sound therapy. We’ve owned for almost 2 years and was promised as a feature. Still nothing
