Great app and a great business to work with

We’ve been using Lodgify for a few years now to run our self catering business. The app and web portal version have been super stable and never let us down in any way. I find the app easy to use whilst on the move and can do everything I want to as a small business owner. I would highly recommend!

The development team have been quick and responsive to work with any time we’ve had a query. We think this app beats their competitors (who are more hotel focussed generally speaking) hands down. I would ignore some of the earlier reviews here and steer people towards the more recent opinions. Apps develop and change and Lodgify continues to do deliver extremely well in my opinion.

Can’t live without it

The Lodgify mobile app has quickly become an essential tool for managing my rental properties on the go. Its convenience and robust features have made property management more streamlined and accessible, allowing me to keep everything under control no matter where I am.

The clean layout ensures that I can quickly access my listings, bookings, and messages with just a few taps.

I receive instant notifications for new bookings, guest inquiries, and payment updates. This immediacy allows me to respond quickly to potential guests and manage my bookings more efficiently.

I can update my property listings, adjust pricing, and manage availability directly from my phone. This flexibility is invaluable, especially when I’m traveling or away from my computer.

The integrated booking calendar is a fantastic feature, allowing me to see all my reservations in one place. The color-coded system makes it easy to differentiate between confirmed bookings, pending requests, and blocked dates, helping me avoid any scheduling conflicts.

The app's messaging feature is particularly useful, enabling me to communicate with guests directly. Whether it's answering inquiries or providing check-in instructions, I can do it all from the app, ensuring a seamless experience for my guests, no matter what platform they book from.

The Lodgify mobile app has significantly increased my efficiency as a property manager. The ability to handle all aspects of property management from my phone means I can be more responsive and proactive, ultimately leading to better guest satisfaction and higher occupancy rates.

Do not use this app

I used this app for one of my listings but after I took down my listing, I cancelled the subscription. But i forgot to cancel one of my booking’s that were through Vrbo, so I tried logging in to lodgify to cancel it but for some messed up reason it doesn’t let me sign in (it just says “Something went wrong”). I tried contacting customer support, was on the phone with them for an hour but nothing. So now I’m just screwed because I used lodgify. Thx for being my worst experience

Better than our old system but still not great.

The Helpdesk is slow to answer and quick to try and get you off the line. Still far too many inflexible elements. Why does everything have to be night based. Lots of us have session based things we need to manage in the same system.

Great tool for when I’m on the go

I switched from another provider to Lodgify, doubling the cost but let me say the software is worth every penny! It’s clear, easy to use and reliable. We are participating impressed with the quality of its AI responses. Great work!

Rude rep!!

Some of the reps are very rude. I had to find another channel manager and much happier

Mobile app doesn’t have the features that desktop have

The app functionality is supposed to help you out manage your property’s booking system entirely. Developers and roadmaps are moving very slow instead of trying to incorporate all these feedbacks and make it a great platform… Not happy with them

This software is useless. First, they synced my Airbnb and booking listings wrong; 2nd, I only received 2 bookings in A whole month while I stayed with them; I immediately received 2 books after I disconnected my listings with lodgify. It wasted my time and wasted money to stay with this management company. Di not use their services, it worthless your money

Very helpful, but lacks features that the desktop app includes

This great for quick access to Lodgify to view your calendar or messages. But it doesn’t have the features to properly manage your property that the desktop website has. If they made those few tweaks here and there it would be perfect to use when out and about.
