A little buggy, needs some work

My unread message notifications are not syncing properly. Any time I get a new message from Airbnb, all my messages in Lodgify become “Unread” again. I have to open them all to “read” them every time. Very annoying.

Update 4/2/24

Just forced an update and now I have no calendar view; uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but nothing. Congratulations on making the app not only non-user friendly but un-usable NOW.

Hi, I would personally like to know more about this issue. My name is Anila, I am the mobile product manager at Lodgify. To be transparent on your issue, there was a lag in the Firebase servers we use for deployment. This issue was identified immediately at 5:07pm CET and was resolved by 5:18pm CET on April 2nd, time to resolution was 11 mins. Your calendar should be working without issues. As I can't find your Lodgify account because your comment is posted on the app store, I kindly ask for you to email me, anila@lodgify.com and I will personally work with you to address the issue if you are still having it and would love to learn more from you on anything we can do to improve your experience. The mobile team is working extremely hard to bring to you new features and improvements as fast as possible. The app has evolved tremendously since its first release. If you're no longer facing this issue, we would greatly appreciate it if you could consider removing your comment.

Excellent functional app!

I love this app and its many enhancements. It’s quick, responsive and I’m able to use it for most tasks I previously had to go to the website version for. Great to have and be able to manage my properties while on my phone away from home. You can tell the time and thought that has gone into making this as user friendly as possible. And the support is outstanding! The Product Manager and her team are refreshingly responsive. Can’t wait to see what future enhancements are in store!

Shows open bookings for dates that are already booked?

It’s a great app but it’s not updating the bookings calendar correctly. Some of the open bookings are still showing against dates that have now been booked … surely they should show as not available .

Awful waste of money

Terrible app. Terrible terrible customer service. Looks like 1995. Interface and no ability to set up a proper working team communication. Awful awful customer service

Love Lodgify and app is great!

We manage 25 properties with Lodgify and everything is wonderful. Great website, great processes and the app is incredible!

Great app, easy to use

Easy to use, clear design, I use it to manage all of my bookings, calendar and messaging with my guests on the go.

Makes life easier

I switched to Lodgify after a bad experience with a competitor solution, vacation software should be easy, save you time and not require hours of training and support. Finally I’m managing my properties how I want with this intuitive to use APP, so I don’t miss anything and can quickly respond on the move to bookings and questions. Works brilliantly!

Look elsewhere. This definitely isn’t the answer

If I could give this less than a 1 star, I would. Takes 2 weeks to even schedule an onboarding call but you’re still paying from day 1. Syncing issues every other day which then lead to a loss of business. Vrbo doesn’t even show your listings when you sync with lodging. Customer service is terrible. Just stay away.
