Works well

Easy to use and getting better all of the time. In fact, I wish they’d put a few more of the features on the desktop version.

This is a good app that compliments the desktop version nicely. Functionality is improving with each update, but the everyday things you would need to do on desktop can be done in app as well. Most things you need to do is communicate with your guests and use your canned responses.

Constant Logging out after 24 hours was an issue but this seems to have been resolved now.

Support of lodgify has always been excellent for me.

*Single condo owner. Listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.Com and shortly google once approved by google.

Easy to use!

Love all the new updates to Lodgify App. Can easily adjust pricing and length of stays, contact guests etc on the run!

Took a while but nailed it!

The app today is protection. It allows for easy management of your vacation rental, right from your favorite device, saving you time and making management a breeze.

From reservations to calendar management, guest communication and more. This updated app eith have everything you need at the tips of your fingers.

Does not update does not open

Useless update going round and round in a circle asking for update on opening !!!!!!!

Will increase my stars if my issues gets resolved

I just downloaded the app and immediately sent to a page that says “welcome back” and requires sign-on credentials even though I am a new user (no option to create an account). I tried using my email to request a password change, but the information doesn’t show up in my email. So I can’t even get started to give any kind of rating.

2ND ATTEMPT - JUNE 28TH - Hi I have not heard from you, can you please email me at anila@Lodgify.com and I will help address your issue. You cannot create an account on mobile, you must go to the web app first. 1ST ATTEMPT - JUNE 15 - Hello, At the moment there is no option to signup on the mobile app. You must first create an account on web where you can start configuring your vacation rental details etc. Once you have at least created an account, you can login to the mobile app. I want to personally ensure you are able to login and use the app, my name is Anila, I am the product manager for the mobile app. Can you please email me at anila@lodgify.com with your user ID and I will ensure you successfully are able to login to the app. In order to get a user ID you must create an account on web first. Support isn’t good

I’ve been a paid subscriber for 6 months. I’ve had issues with my connection to VRBO and have tried multiple times to get support and it hasn’t been resolved. Very frustrating. I will be looking for a replacement channel manager

Key part of our STR business!

A channel manager, such as Lodgify is an essential part of any short term, rental business. We’re glad that we have Lodgify as ours, initially chosen because friends, who are our mentors, used it. We truly appreciate all of the enhancements improvements that have brought the app functionality and workflow closer to that available on a laptop. This is becoming more important as everyone expects quick responsiveness even from small businesses such as ours that do not have a 24/7 team. With the app, we have most of the key functionality available at my fingertips anytime anywhere.

It has become much easier to integrate Lodgify with channels, and with other external software, such as beyond, which is our pricing tool. With API integration provided directly within Lodgify, users can quickly integrate a new channel or new external software without having to rely on another team doing the integration for you.

Lodgify’s features have continued to improve, with their calendar display being particularly notable, because so much information is now so quickly available at a glance, which is what owners need from there channel manager.

Lodgify has increased pace of improvements, establishing a rigorous beta improvement process via the TestFlight app, which allows me along with other users to provide detailed feedback on issues, new features that are being implemented, along with privatization of potential or planned upgrades. This helps the software team quickly understand what is needed from a user rather than developer perspective, and it is led to a notable overall improvement in the Lodgify app, which I appreciate it. I can’t wait till some additional improvements are made and channel integration so that I can happily give five stars for the Lodgify app.
