If you continue to experience this issue please contact me at anila@lodgify.com PAST RESPONSES - We are working very hard to serve all of our user issues, especially one off incident as yours. This being said, I would like to formally request for you to please contact me - my name is Anila, I am the product manager responsible for the mobile application. Here is my email anila@lodgify.com. As soon as I hear from you via email I will arrange for your issue to be immediately escalated and resolved, but I need you to please connect with me in order to understand what is happening to your account. I apologies for the issue you are experiencing and will do everything possible on my end to get you a solution! This being said, I hope to hear from you.
