I really enjoy the acrostics, but all the ads go on for too long and come up too frequently . I considered paying for ad free, but it costs way too much. I rarely delete apps because of the ads, but this one’s going …..

I have to agree with everybody in the comments. Maybe after every 5 games or 3 you have a ad, because your levels after you beat every single one you have to watch, skip, exit, and back out of the App Store just to get back to the game…. Maybe if you offer (free) “hints” for watching ads it wouldn’t be so bad. Might delete, it’s a lot extra to skip the ads when I can buy a cheap crossword book 😅 someone let me know if they update and change!!! Would love to try againShow lessTaylor899**

“The hope of the world” = America. Um sure Jan…if they mean USA then thanks for the giggle for everyone outside of it ROFL.
Some facts are dated, such as present time being “December” or months being answers to seasonal questions (August is not hot worldwide for example).
Overall though, it’s quite a fun distraction while on the bus or killing time. Plenty of fun facts to learn.Show lessSpankyMcFabulous

When you win and adds for other games come up it just has a black screen and freezes777smila

Great game. I really enjoyed this so far. That’s why I don’t mind paying $7.99 to remove the Ads. But for some reason I still get the Ads when I run ‘daily levels’. Please fix this. Why am I still getting Ads?KikkiOzie

I rated this 3 stars out of five because I paid to get no ads yet I’m still getting ads. Huh?? Yes it’s less but I still have to watch ads to do previous months’ puzzles. Games is really fun too many ads not willing to pay five dollars almost to get rid of as probably won’t play games very much if at all I really hate games that have ads every five seconds are after every time you play one level really sick of these supposed free games but you have to pay to get rid of ads or pay to get things you should already winShow lessPLEASE make the changes

The app is smooth and works well. I really enjoy this game, it is challenging and fun. My only criticism is that the clues are sometimes too US-centric - such as asking the names of senators or local programs that those of us outside the US are less likely to know (but Google helps).Sdyson

I played one game, it went to an Ad then the whole thing froze. It wasn’t interesting enough to keep deleting then downloading again 👎🏻Abby's mum
