Can’t even link tv

The remote bluetooths fine than when it comes to add tv it says something went wrong. I’ve restarted phone and app I’ve also deleted app and reinstalled app and still same problems

Frustrated.

My controller was working fine then it started to take multiple button pushes for any button to work. Then it just stopped working all together. When I try to reconnect it with the app, I get nothing from the chat. I refresh the chat and nothing happens. No words, no chat, no help options. Now I have a useless $60 remote with no support on how to fix this.

Terrible App

The most frustrating app I have experienced. The instructions are vague and do not match the actual remote. Tossing this remote in the trash and looking for a better product.

Ugh

What is up with this App? The remote control that I’m trying to connect to my TV is not connecting as the app keeps saying, “ sorry looks like there’s an error. Try again later” i literally just downloaded the app! There’s no main menu or anything. How annoying.

Useless

I mean, can’t even get the remote to pair. It claims to take up to 30 seconds to locate the remote and not even a second goes by before it says it can’t find the remote. I can add via Bluetooth without issue. The app doesn’t work.
