Absolute junk paid 70 dollars for a remote that I can’t use because this stupid app can’t find the remote! Junk! Do not buy.

Stuck on firmware update

I don’t have a remote!!
I bought a cat feeder and it was controllable via this app. Now nevo is stuck on the fact that there is a firmware update for a remote that I don’t have and I can’t control my cat feeder anymore.

Hi! It looks like there might be some confusion. Our app, My Nevo, isn’t designed for controlling pet feeders. To manage your Nevido cat feeder, you should try searching for the ‘Smart Life’ app in the App Store. Could I kindly ask if you could consider removing your review since it’s related to a different app? We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Universal remote

Awsome remote. I was a bit skeptical about it compatible and actually work, but it connected and works perfectly. Most of all easy set up just like it say as 1-2-3 very satisfied!!!!

It’s slow, but it works.

I was able to set up a One-For-All remote to control my TV, Roku, and audio receiver with no problem. The app is clunky, but it does what it says it will and is fairly intuitive/easy-to-use.

This app is hot garbage!

This app is the only reason I returned the remote that it was supposed to support. Liked the form factor and the advertised capabilities. If it worked the way it was supposed to, I would have been happy, but this app is beyond redemption. It is absolutely unusable and renders the remote useless.
