  • Medical Question

    How are you supposed to “chat” with someone when all it does is gets dropped and you have to start all over again.

    Ya need to fix that and it should’ve been done before the app rolled out. You know check it and have someone else cross check it to make sure that it works.

  • A Needless Middleman with a Janky App

    This is a review for both Quantum and their app.
    Quantum provides no additional help that you couldn’t get from contacting your insurance or provider. They have somehow inserted themselves into the healthcare transaction without providing any additional benefit.

    The app is difficult to navigate and the chat feature hasn’t worked since January at least.

    Navigating health insurance is already difficult enough. Quantum has made it even more difficult.

  • Amazing service!

    App is pretty straightforward. I love how easy it is to talk to someone and get help. Best insurance service I’ve ever experienced!

  • To whomever dev’d the chat feature: it’s Hot Garbage

    Issue 1: when typing in the initial question, can not go back and edit text. Must delete entire text and start over. Copying, highlighting, and pasting i almost impossible for some reason. People want to refine their medical questions and give adequate context.
    Issue 2: Chat often disconnects and says “failed to connect to server”. I can never get my questions answered because i get connected to a person then a few mins later im disconnected from server. Do you know how much time i’ve wasted through disconnection- mine and the various agents i’ve connected with?

  • Unusable - Oops something went wrong

    As soon as I open the app, I ask it not to track my data across other websites etc, and it says, “oops something went wrong.” I press the try again button and it’s just an endless loop of, “oops, something went wrong,” and “try again.” I can’t use the app at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s just the same loop.

  • Downloading EOB

    Very unhappy with Quantum Health. I’m ready to sit down with some claims and first I have to set up the new app. After 3 attempts I had to call for help. Later I’m trying to open an EOB and am unable to do so. I called again. They could not help me. Later my husband downloaded Acrobat and I could open it. I wish someone would have advised me I needed Acrobat. This is not a user friendly app!

  • Extremely frustrating to use

    Keep getting stuck in an endless loop of the “newer app version needed” and then ultimately being unable to login on the other app. I reset my password using this app and now I can’t even login on the quantum health website. So ironic considering I get constant emails from quantum health saying to download their newest and greatest app. Something is seriously wrong with their technology

  • Endless loop of failure

    Downloaded new app. Attempting to register as it says you must do, then it tells me I must download the old app. Open old app and then it tells me to download new app. Rinse and repeat. Going to say this app is not useful as I can not access any of health benefits and claims information.

  • Endless circle

    Tried to update MyQHeath app. Said I needed to download the Quantum Health app which I tried to do but when I try to submit my info it says I need to download the MyQHealth app which I already have! Never had a problem with the MyQHealth app until now.

  • Downloaded new app but now can’t use either

    I had the old Quantum app and it asked me download the new one which was fun for about a month. Now when I try to login it tells me I have to use the other app so I downloaded the old one again and now either one add works and I can’t access my account.
