This app is an absolute joke. Every time I try to search for a provider it opens up the Aetna website which half the time fails and gives an error message. Why doesn’t it open the Aetna app that’s also installed on my phone? So I end up having to call in to get help or use a browser directly.Developer Response

Our corporation recently switched from Engage over to Quantum and I'm not impressed. We used to enjoy the fitness challenges and the ones on Quantum are not intuitive at all. We have Apple watches and no one seems to know how to sync them up so our steps are automatically tracked. I tried getting in touch with Chat twice and lost the connection each time due to server issues. It's been disappointing so far. :(Show lessDeveloper Response

This app works well when it lets me login but even if I save my information and use Face ID it gives me an error saying the biometric readings are invalid and to login again. It’s a waste of time to always have to go through all the steps.Developer Response

What is going on? This message should not appear ever if it’s a stable app. Why am I receiving this message?
