  • “Oops something went wrong”

    I keep getting error messages when attempting to look at individual claims and benefits such as accumulated deductibles and maximums. I updated app today and same issues are happening. I don’t even know who to contact about the app not working.

  • Terrible

    I can’t even log in. The app won’t load whatsoever. How am I supposed to see my benefits if I can’t even log in?

  • Love the new app!

    I love being able to just my ID card without downloading it. And I think the new app is more user friendly and has a better look! Great job on designing the app!

  • can't even try login

    trying to get my username or password because it's not taking what I have written down. Once you get to the last item to fill in to retrieve either, you can't scroll down to enter the last four digits of your Social Security number. It's just cut off and the part on the app where you just want to set up a new account the link attached to it is Face ID, which makes no sense because you have no account.
    it's like they don't want you to sign in and have access to your benefits. of course, you can always set time aside of your day to call in suppose. Basically no front door to your benefits.

  • Can’t pass 1st step

    I’ve seen others complain about this and the devs just say “make sure you did it right.” I’m a dev myself and I can say for certain that your app doesn’t fit different screen sizes. I have an iPhone SE and both the app’s landing page as well as the first step to register cut off important info as they don’t allow you to scroll. This is such a simple fix I have no idea why you haven’t addressed this yet. Make your HEALTH app accessible to many device sizes, please. Not just the most oversized iPhones on the market

    This app will not let me get past the first page to register. The “next” button at bottom of page remains where it is not able to be clicked on.
    I have reported it prior to this review and nothing has been resolved.
