  • What the heck is wrong with this app

    Why can’t it log me in ??? It just keeps rolling and staying on the same log in page.

    I can’t click forget password. Nothing is working , what a horrible app

  • Love everything in one place

    Love that I can check claims, pull up my ID card, search providers, find available programs, etc.

    App won’t let you login. I know the username and password is correct but it just keeps log looping back to the login screen. This app is garbage.

  • Can’t access

    MyQhealth was updated to the new app and for whatever reason I can’t get any of the information from the insurance card to get recognized in order to register.

  • Nothing works

    The search button doesn’t work and midway through talking to a representative on chat the chat bar will stop working. The old app was sooooo much better. DONT TRY AND FIX WHATS NOT BROKEN

    Explanation of benefits not viewable in the app, multiple links are broken, password resets don’t send to email in a timely manner.

  • Very buggy

    I was trying to live chat with a care coordinator, but couldn’t respond to them because every time I tried to type the keyboard would go away.
