  • Portable PS5!

Runs really well on both my iPad Pro and Apple TV. It’s a must have app!
  • Amazing

The only reason I love this app is it offered full screen. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it bugs me that the Official PlayStation Remote Play app has black boarders like if it was running on the non-notch phones. 10/10 would recommend!
  • Freezes on IPhone 13 Pro Max

This app is awesome on my iPad ad Apple TV. I would give it 5 stars, but when trying to connect toy PS5 with my iPhone on the latest OS Version, the app freezes when trying to open the web page to link my Sony account, so I can only use it on 2/3 of my devices.

On some devices you have to wait for a very long time until the website appears. If you really can't open the webpage on your device you might try the registration without a PSN login. All information available here https://streamingdv.github.io/psplay/psn_login.html#line3
  • Great on Apple TV minus HDR not working

Fix HDR with my 3rd gen ATV 4k and LG TV and I'm in Heaven with a 5 star rating and definite purchase!

    Thanks for this. Great!!

Not all tvs are supporting HDR unfortunately or are at least not compatible. I don't know any solution to that problem unfortunately yet, not sure if there is even a solution.
  • Incredible alternative to Sony’s official Remote Play app

I feel like Sonys app works well enough but this app is at a different level. The latency is even lower compared to Sonys official app. I don’t know how one person did it over a major company but it’s easily worth the premium price. On top of that, the dev is clearly passionate about his product and will help you troubleshoot issues on the PsPlay subreddit.

  • Great app!

I’ve used this app on other platforms and it’s wonderful and I’m so happy I can now use it from my Apple devices!
  • Good

I need Chinese. I like this APP. Thanks
  • Doesn’t work great unless hardwired

It connects and everything but has a lot of lag. Most people suggest to plug in a lan cable for Apple TV but not really an option for me. PlayStation is connected to lan as I have it in same room as the router. Played with router settings and didn’t improve. Update: downvoted further because the developer decides to be condescending and wants to only direct people to a Reddit page so others can help solve problems.

I don't understand? Where exactly was my answers condescending? I apologize if it sounded that way but all I suggested was to write in the PSPlay subreddit as there are many other users who are already using it on their Apple TV devices. It works fine on my Apple TV so I don't have any useful suggestions that's why posting on the subreddit may help. I don't get it why you have to immediately decrease your rating. I constantly try to improve the app and I tested in only in WiFi environment and it works perfectly fine. Of course I can't workarounds network limitations and for what you have written it sounds like something is interfering with the network stability (and it's not meant to be condescending or rude)
  • Fantastic, iOS, MacOS, and Android…Simply Amazing

This developer, and application, continues to amaze me in just how superior it is to the official Sony remote play app. I’ve been using PSPlay on my Logitech G Cloud for some time now for my ps5 (which is why I bought the G Cloud in the first place) and always have been impressed. I’ve tested it on the Nvidia shield (both Pro and Tube) and still works amazing (well, not really on the tube, but I think that’s the devices issue, not the program, it works but crashes the device after about 10 minutes, probably due to lack of RAM or something). The new MirrorPlay app that was just realized for IOS, MacOS , and iPadOS is equally amazing (definitely buy the pro version of the app, it’s worth it). Tested on my iPhone 14 Pro, iPad Air M1, and MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro chip, and works flawlessly. All we need now is a version for the Steam Deck! Sure, we have Chiaki, but it no where near compares to ease of use and reliability of PSPlay/MirrorPlay. Here’s to hoping that’s next!

  • Finally!

Best PS remote play app on mobile by miles. Already have it on android and had to double dip. It’s due to all the tweaks you can do like adjust screen size, change dual sense LED lights to whatever, bitrate and use unsupported 3rd party controllers. The only thing missing right now is PIP mode (Picture-In-Picture) as it’s something needed at times when you want to look up a game guide online and need to use phone itself. Not a big deal you can reconnect quickly again but PIP should be a thing for those seeking trophies it’s less of a hassle trying to reconnect. Anyways 5 star app totally worth the PRO upgrade.
