Customer service

It is very hard to get through to customer service and to speak to someone. The WhatsApp IVR system does NOT work. I have had my claim declined whilst at hospital despite it showing that I am under full cover on the app. Yet, I had to fork out the payment myself. This is a huge inconvenience.

Can’t cancel policy

App is buggy. I can’t cancel the insurance policy for a car I sold and I also can’t submit a bug report for the technical issue as it gives an error whenever I try. To top it all off the only way to submit a complaint and cancel the insurance policy is through the app!

Would Give 0 Stars if I Could

There’s literally no way to cancel your auto insurance. The app tells you to “select a reason for cancelation”, but there are no choices from which to select. You’re stuck there with no way to move forward. You ask for help…it takes you to WhatsApp which tells you to follow 4 steps to cancel your insurance, one of them being…..you guessed it….. “select a reason for cancellation”!! Do yourself a favor, pick another insurance company!

Cannot login. Terrible insurance and worse customer service

Been trying to login it’s saying information incorrect. I tried WhatsApping and calling and with no luck reaching an actual customer service person. I keep being dealt with by a bot. Not sure how to solve this issue.

This app only downloads in arabic with no option to change to English.
