Cannot login
Now it doesn’t recognize my details. Even though the details are correct it just keeps giving an error message “make sure details are correct”
Waste of time having Tawuniya insurance or using the app. None of works as it should.

Basics are not there!
- If you want to chat with a customer service representative it takes you to WhatsApp, then WhatsApp asks you to use the app!
- if you would submit a complaint through the form, it asks you to fill in all information although you are already logged in the app
- the link they send to view the policy doesn’t work
Very surprising how bad this is !
