Extremely hard to communicate, I am not even able to get a copy of my policy

I cannot find information about medical approvals (even though apparently I have something that wasn’t approved), my approvals are sent to my husband instead of me, I have no way of tracking how much of my allowance for medical care I have used up, and there is no contact number listed in the app.

للاسف تعاقدنا مع الشركة منذ ثلاثة اسابيع والى الان لم استطع التسجيل في التطبيق بسبب عطل فني فيه اذ يطلب كل مرة الدخول برقم ابشر مع العلم اني كل مرة ادخل برقم ابشر ، مش فاهم ازاي شركة كبيرة زي التعاونية مش عارفه تتعاقد مع مطور عدل؟!

على الرغم من توفير التقنية الرقمية من قبلكم وتسهيل أمور كثيرة وتشكرون على ذلك إلا هناك أشياء بديهية وأساسية مهملة جدا تهدم التقنية الرقمية ولها اضرار وتكلفة عالية عليكم وعلى العميل… وهي صعوبة واستحالة مكالمة موظف للاستفسار لذا يجتهد العميل لرفع مطالبة بناء على غياب معلومة
