App is very cumbersome and doesn’t work
Pretty bad start to my membership!
I haven’t even attended my fist visit to the leisure centre yet and I’m trying to cancel a sauna session before the cancellation deadline but system keeps logging me off as soon as I press the cancel booking button. As I write this review, I’m 12 minutes away from the deadline and I cannot cancel the booking. It’s like they’re deliberately trying to make it as difficult as possible so they can charge the £5.50 non attendance penalty.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Logs you out every time you try to book something.
Never remembers email even though you tick the box. Need to tear it up and start again.

I am new app user and registering is a task. Not a very clear navigation.
Disappointing
The old app/website was much better to use on a phone.
Everything you need in one place
So good to have everything in one place- being able to book all my activities, see timetables with ease & access MyZone, boditrax etc- game changer!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
