Great idea but glitches
I spent ages setting it all up but very quickly noticed that there was 1 glaring issue: when it timed out it would time out EVERYTHING. Every app. Even if I had said not to, it would still do it.
I lost count of how many times I would go in and reset everything, but nothing worked. And every time I went into the app, it seemed to rest the clock so all my apps would be unlocked.
Unfortunately after 8 hours of this, I lost the plot and so deleted the app.

Overpriced subscription
Ummm no…..
Saw an ad for this while on a doom scroll on Instagram and thought what a wonderful idea. Started setting it up and at the end of the set up it asks for what I think is an astronomical subscription price. I would of rather paid for the app and then had subscription pro version for more features.
To use the free version you only can choose one app… how stupid is that.
1 star for the stellar idea
1 more star for the great marketing
-3 for execution, pricing and lack of customer feedback implementation.

Most glitchy app I’ve ever had

I get my time back. Wellspent disrupts my unfocused scrolling sessions.

We're always there to resolve such issues. 🙏🏽 I want to apologise if any feelings of shaming or guilt tripping that you've encountered. Our intention is never to make our users feel uncomfortable. As different people respond best to different types of prompts, we build the "tone of voice" feature that allows you to customise the tonality of the app. 💪
Good concept, fairly well executed, but buggy
- the concept - nudges like this are quite effective
- the messages - are quite effective at gently making me think about what I want to be doing, without inducing a guilty feeling
But the bugs.. the main problem is that often the reminders don’t fire at the intended time - instead of one every 5 minutes, you’ll get nothing for half an hour and then six back-to-back

I love the idea behind it, but I absolutely do not recommend this app.
