Payment fails constantly! A waste of time

The app is so bad. I keep getting the same error and i contacted the team through email for them to say my card is not valid. Highly disappointed with the new app.
Broken app
Awful app, completely broken. App declines payment over and over with no explanation. Card works fine. Developers just made a phony nonfunctioning app.
Even the signup feature does not work
Can’t even signup, send me an sms says it contains link to my account, while it only contains a link to terms & conditions.

Discount don't apply
In terms of operation, app works without problems. However, I'm going to be deleting it, since there's no way to apply discounts, and that defeats the entire purpose of getting it.

No way to apply 3,10 or 15 cent off discounts.
Always a problem!
Whenever I’m at home or at pump there’s almost always a problem with this app. Either no connection to internet, or just plain doesn’t load. I usually go to nearest station to my home, and if there’s a problem, a majority of the time the help doesn’t either understand English, at times have no knowledge of this App even existing, or have no way of helping me. I’ve called headquarters in Massachusetts and they’ve been wonderful in helping me after the problem. But I shouldn’t have to do this! Gulf you’ve lost me as a customer at times, and that’s just poor planning on your part!! You need to improve your App like BP does!

Same App but worse
App has the same if not less functionality than its predecessor. Also the key feature of seeing the prices at each station is gone. Way a stupid way to lose customers.
Easy to use
App is easy to use. Nice intro offer and I like the $0.03 off everyday.
Waste of time
This app didn’t work at the pump or at the counter. Ended up stranded with no way to pay (waiting on a new card).
