Tri Counties

I really like Tri Counties Bank. All the employees in my branch are very helping and eager to help. The times I have had questions they have given me answers right away. They are also very friendly. Even helped with issues not concerning banking. I had car issues not being able to get in. My phone and purse was in the car. They called the right people go me and I was on my way quickly!

Excellent banking app!

This is one of the best apps I have used for financial banking. The only issue I have is not being able to set the amounts of automatic bill pay. This could also be a problem with me not using it correctly. Overall this is great banking app as well as a great bank.

love the app with one qualifier

The Tri-Counties App works really well. The screen layout has the info I need and its easy and clear how to maneuver around the site.
The one caveat-now fixed thank you Apple or Tri Counties- is that my laptop app quit working. I dont know why or whose problem it was but I called Tri- counties (they said it was Apple, then Apple (they said it was the bank) but the problem finally was fixed.

I’ve been with ya a long time!

When Tri Counties was Citizens Bank, I was a customer then as well as now! Thats about 20 years of relationship -:)
I have no complaints,as I’ve always had great customer care answering questions when they’d arise. Keep up the good work!

I am very happy with the service. The Girls in the Oroville office are above and beyond helpful with every little thing. Jennifer is my favorite. She always says hi and talks to my grand kids. It makes them feel so important and I just think it is wonderful. Thank you. Oh and the APP is so easy to use and navigate. The only thing is I keep getting these fraud alerts so I have kind of frozen my account and am watching from here where I don’t see anything going on. Thank you again.

So much help

This banking apps offers so much convenience by not only allowing users to check account balances but also transfer funds, pay bills, and manage finances from the comfort of their smartphones. They enhance financial control, provide real-time updates, and offer security features making transactions efficient and secure. I’m absolutely pleased.

Okay

The Tri-Counties app works ok, but there are a few issues I have with bill pay - in the previous app I could look at invoices, see amounts due and pay them but they don’t show up anymore. Now I have to write down the amount from the email they send, then enter it in the app/bill pay. Also, when I pay an invoice through bill pay I still get reminders that I have an unpaid bill even though I paid it through the app.

Usable but not impressive

I have several different bank accounts, and this online app is the worst. It’s usable and does what it’s supposed to do but it’s clunky, especially the Bill pay. In order to get the confirmation number you have to go to a separate element of the site and it’s very difficult to set upautomatic payments that work correctly.

Like the bank, but this app is intolerable

Same applies to whoever DELETED the review I had here, thus forcing me to write another entirely new one just to add that I just wasted half an hour fighting with this brainless app without finding any way to see a list of recent transactions on the account, an ability that anyone with two working neurons would have put at the top of the menu. What was it I said that got the previous review DELETED? Was it the suggestion that TCB should fire whoever wrote this app and rehire the ones who wrote the previous WORKING version? Or did I suggest they should hire their first QA engineer? What was it I said that justified CENSORSHIP of valid criticism, eh, Apple? [UPDATE: I went to the bank in person to get a list of recent transactions and have the teller make some changes that are impossible to do through this app, and she asked if I had tried it on my phone. No, I had never used it on a screen 1/6th the size with a β€˜keyboard’ very difficult to use, only on this iPad where I can read the text any type much easier. Turns out that the phone works to give a list of recent transactions, and she confirmed that it was impossible in this app on the iPad.]
