Failure of app
This app replaces previous version, but is non-functional. It won’t load accounts or even provide basic function or operation. This app is a fail and will lead to clientele switching banks. To top off the issue TriCounties will charge a paper statement fee to see your money.
A pain to use
The new app is annoying. I have to update each time I open the app, even if just minutes have passed. Have to go thru three screen just to get to the log in. More complex to tak the photos.
Stupid
Old version was way better. It locks me out of my account and I have to call Tri counties in order to even see my balance. And it’s for sure the correct username and password
Deposits difficult
There used to be a light and automatic photos for check deposits. All manual now without a light. Not an improvement.
Stop deleting my review your app is horrible
On top of now being forced to use a subpar app that requires extensive and unnecessary sign in requirements these people are deleting reviews. Plus as hard you try I can still tell one of the only positive reviews on here is completely fake. This is disgusting behavior. It is the 21st century and I implore you to join us but until you do I am absolutely done with this bank. You are horrid when it comes to everything from customer service, debit card reliability, and mobile apps. I am absolutely sick of it. If you didn't insert yourself in communities with limit banking options and awareness you would have been bankrupt years ago.

Lacking
Due to failing eyesight I have always done my mobile deposit on my iPad with the previous app. Have not been able to do that with this new app. The new app works fine other than so far having to use my itty bitty iPhone. Would appreciate the ability to make deposits on the iPad. The new app is full of lots of information I’ll never need as I only have a checking account and home loan but it is easy enough to navigate just more cluttered.

Old app was better
I don’t see the point of “renovating” something that isn’t broken. The old app was meh but it worked. This one seems to work ok too but again Its annoying that I had to reset my password and learn a new layout because some corporate scum were bored of snorting cocaine from the office tables and wanted to “change something up”

Good update
Login in for the first time is annoying but the app deos have a lot more features!

Better than before, give it some time
I personally love the app, it has a lot more functionality and less glitches. I’ve heard a lot of people saying the login in doesn’t work, but when you first download the new app these are the steps you need to take: - On the main log in screen, click ‘Forgot Password’ - Type in your username - There will be a list of ways to send an authentication code to you, select the one you prefer - Input the code - It’ll ask to put in a new password, YOU CAN USE THE SAME PASSWORD just as long as it meets the criteria listed (9-32 characters, 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase, etc.) - It’ll ask to register the device, this is for the app to recognize the device you log in to (so you don’t have to get a code sent to you every time you try to log in) - The terms and agreement will pop up, scroll to the very bottom and hit ‘I agree’ - All your accounts should pop up and you should be able to log in with no issue Your local branch would be happy to assist you if you have any problems or questions.
