I would give this a solid 0 stars if I were able to select that number I can't even sign into the app because it doesn't give me to option to sign up for an account just the option to sign in. If I try to sign in with the information I used to set up with what I though was this same thing online but it's called cidnet it tells me my information isn't correct. I’ve been using CidSpace for months now. I’m not sure what happened. The website all day says “bad gateway” when I hit app support it says “bad gateway” it won’t let me log into the app on my iPhone. Says my PW is wrong. The Forget PW button doesn’t work. This is frustrating. I pay and earn points to talk to my SO and the first time I am broke bc of the snow storm and now the whole system is down and I can’t talk to him?!? Please fix CidSpace bc I love CidSpace. Loving the app
I do love this app, it’s a community of people who understand you being a prison spouse/family member/friend. There’s so much support and no matter what we post comment etc we get points to help us with the cost of data (and if you know me you know I use a lot of the data!). My only problem is I don’t always get my notificationsShow lessabyers18

It helps you earn points for calls and messages to message some jails across US. At the same time it’s a social media app where you can make a connection with others who are going through similar situations. Great app. Influencers are there to help you from the beginning.Great app must have

I freaked out when my close friend got in trouble now I can use this to help me get credits to talk to them. Once I figured out how to use it it was easy. You have to make a separate account from cidnet for it to work, for the people getting confused.analslut69
