Forced to install
I was coerced to install the app to activate a physical SIM card after paying public mobile. This is not right.Find another provider
The app opens in the browser and then onto a blank page. There are no contact details for customer support. The chat box doesn’t connect you to either a bot or a person for help to set up an account. To initiate set up PM charges first, then leaves left me hanging without a number or activation. The website also does not have any option to cancel the payment, and after reading other reviews, as advised I called my credit card company to cancel the card to avoid recurring charges; and lodged a dispute to have the initial charge reversed for service not provided.Absolutely useless can’t post a payment
For over a month I’ve been trying to pay a Canadian public mobile number with a American credit card. Which, according to their terms of service is perfectly acceptable. In fact, I had one on file with them which they discontinued as the year rolled over now they want you to enter the matching postal code for your US credit card but of course they don’t accept ZIP Codes. I guess they hired people that I’ve never traveled outside of whatever little two bit village they’re in
