Lux Luggage
After doing months and months of research, I ended up selecting Beis luggage! The features that sold me over common competitors’ luggage were the strap outside the suitcase that can link several items together. I also love the compression board on the inside, the padded handle and the built in scale. Originally I bought this luggage set for my husband to replace his old suitcases. They probably weighed about 50 pounds apiece. Empty! These are so lightweight and easy to use. I loved his set so much and ended up buying a set of my own. I got him navy, which he loves, and I purchased beige! There’s absolutely nothing that I don’t love about this luggage. We even bought the plastic covers that go outside the suitcases. I do wish they made one for the smaller carry-on suitcase, however, a quick swipe with the magic eraser, and any scuffs are gone. This is huge when you order beige colored luggage. Buy the luggage and take the trip!

payment issues on App
I love Béis and I love the design of their App, unfortunately though I always have a problem at check out. I am on the ‘Adventurer’ tier so I qualify for free standard shipping, but it doesn’t update when I’m trying to check out in the app so I make my purchases on the website.
Not impressed
I wanted to buy something for my dad but the app kept giving me errors when trying to use my rewards to discount my order. It finally worked but it took away some of my rewards balance without out the benefit of the discount. Not impressed.
Easy shopping
Love the app. It’s fast and convenient. Push notifications make it so easy to stay informed on new products and deals.
Can’t bundle
I really love BÉIS just pirchaded 3 more bags but I’m sad that you can’t bundle your bags on the app and get a discount for 3 bags like on the website
