The old app was better

I love the products, but this app is something else. Please bring back the simplicity of the old app. This new app is clunky and not user friendly at all.

I can't figure out how to reset the prefilter on my Sky after I clean it. It had said my prefilter was at 46% so I cleaned it. It didn't reset automatically so I just held the prefilter button on the device until it made a noise. It didn't change on the app though, even after refreshing.

Not intuitive

This app is not as intuitive as the atmosphere sky app was. Plus it shows my unit is off when it is on and on when it is off.

We hope you have used the for a while and become better accustomed to the new interface and the advantages of the Healthy Home app. I would recommend you check to make sure you have the latest version of the app (4.0.1 as of today). You can find this out in Settings>App Information. We recently updated the on/off button to a toggle to more clearly indicate when the device is on or off. My Air Purifier

Absolutely horrible application when using multiple units within a home. Unable to connect more than one unit without extreme difficulty. The old application was 100% better.

“Enhanced” version removed “reset the pre-filter” option

With the new version, the on demand ability to reset the pre-filter seems gone..

This version is no where near as intuitive as the previous.

Dear User, Thank you for your feedback. You should be able to reset your filter by either tapping the pre-filter indicator on your Sky device OR through the app, by tapping your Sky unit, viewing Filter Status, and tapping on the Pre-filter. This will open the Clean Your Pre-filter screen that has a large yellow "Reset Pre-filter" button. Tap that button to reset. If you are unable to reset, we recommend you contact Amway Customer Service to help resolve this issue. Email customer.service@amway.com or call 1-800-253-6500. I hate this new version

I had a ton of life left in my filters then a month later after this version comes out it says I have to replace them. I replace the hepa and now the unit says their all good, but on the app still says they need to be replaced and that the filters aren’t placed correctly which they are placed correctly. There was no need to make this app fancy it was perfectly fine the way it was.

New APP

Trying to change WiFi settings and app isn’t able to find unit or all WiFi connections to be changed or updated.

Great product, terrible apps

Amway’s products are superb. But their app experiences are rough. Not many useful features, buggy workflows, misaligned and confusing app states and bloated design. This app is way too bloated and overloaded with unnecessary information and UI that just bugs my eyes out. Simplicity? Nope. At least the app experiences do not interfere with the actual hardware! That works just fine independently of the app.

Why is it more complicated!

The original app was easy to use, simple, basic, straightforward… not it’s busy, complicated, has small text, no way to adjust fan speed in night mode, etc

Premium Products

Amway has quality, premium products, I don’t know why they don’t insist on using quality, premium developers! So many bugs make the application largely unusable. For a 2.0 product, I expect more.

Less functionality than the old app for adjusting

I really don’t like how on this new app, you can’t manually adjust the air filter’s fan speed while it’s on night mode! Just because it’s nighttime doesn’t mean I want it going at its lowest setting the whole time. I want the lights out with it going at full blast as well so I can correct my old mouth breathing problem while sleeping. PLEASE FIX THIS AMWAY!!! 🥺

Also, the air quality map doesn’t let you click into it like the old one did to let you look around at what the air quality is in different parts of the world! That was so much fun for me to do in the old app! It made me want to use the app more! Please bring that back!!!

Cosette, Thank you for your feedback and review. We recently provided an update to the Night more fan speed issue. Please update your app to the latest version (4.0.0) by going to Settings>App Information>Update Button. We are exploring the option to revert back to the location searching in the Air Quality Map, however, this service is provided by a 3rd party vendor that was just purchased by Google. Stay tuned!
