Hate the new site!

Overall not easy to pay bills anymore and account doesnโ€™t update as good as the former site transactions I know have been paid donโ€™t show up til later where they use to show up immediately. When a check is paid and you try to view it the picture is so small you cannot read it . I see well so I canโ€™t imagine anyone with vision issues to be able to see it.

Push Notifications do not work

As the title says, push notifications do not work. The only time they will pop up is if you have the app open already. It should be the other way around, having the push notifications go off when a transaction occurs and the app is closed. I would love to see that fixed

Updated banking appโ€™s terrific!

Having used the updated Berkshire Bank mobile banking app for a couple weeks, gotta say itโ€™s a terrific upgrade and worth the hassle of conversion. The check deposit function especially now works smoothly and quickly, no rejected deposits, dollar deposit limits raised substantially!

Horrible

This app and website it absolutely horrible. They apparently upgraded it but itโ€™s so much worse. The app and website glitch. When I do bill pay it shows the scheduled payments and sometimes it doesnโ€™t show who Iโ€™m paying or it will show duplicates. I end up thinking Iโ€™m paying the same bill twice. Everything is harder to access. Less user friendly. Have to click through multiple screens to do 1 function. This is the worst online banking experience I have ever had.

Frustrated.

I have yet to receive one email confirmation of a deposit since the changeover of the new system. I have called numerous times to resolve this issue and it has never been resolved. Furthermore, I have set up email alerts on my accounts none of which are generated until I log into my account, and then I receive a basket full of former email alerts. What good is an alert to the system first to generate it never see fraudulent activity until it is long past occurred. I have banked with Berkshire Bank since you were the Woronoco Bank over 50 years and I am considering leaving your because this new system is so faulty

Terrible

Im not sure why but before this new app it was very rare for me to ever go overdraft. After this app everything is always pending and I end up being charged overdraft multiple times in a day. I have had this bank for over 10 years and havenโ€™t had this issue. Now this new app comes out and I get charged all the time. The bank says itโ€™s me but like I said I never had this hassle on the old app. Switching banks!

App update

Wow, quite an upgrade. The rollout had a few steps but once I got through those the upgrade in the look and feel of this site was impressive. Thank you!

Better experience

Appreciate the better check deposit experience. Intuitive and quick experience

Terrible

Many issues, have had to re-create my account several times, because states not a member, tech support (lol) tries to say I must never have had a online account, only I have for many years, transfer no longer go through promptly, and you can no longer print out to review your transactions to match your ledgers
