Hi there, thank you for your feedback, we fully understand where you are coming from! "Tracking" is not meant to track your physical location but game progress and reached milestones. You can use our app even without tracking and start offers, however without enabled tracking option, those games won't show up in your "In-progress" section, which means you won't be eligible for rewards. My understanding is that I should have seen something the whole time. And they said I am using a VPN which I am in fact not using and honestly do not know how to use. so the $50 I am owed for meeting one of the requirements is not going to be paid they said “there is nothing they can do for me, their hands are tied”
They encourage using in app purchases to get to the goals, but in turn they can also deny you if they choose to.

In certain cases we've noticed that users can use VPN services without even being aware. On top of that, keep in mind that games that were previously installed on the device, or offers finished on a different website won't show up in your "in-progress" sections, since our deals are only for new users. Hi there, enabling and accepting tracking is mandatory when trying to download games from our marketplace. We also suggest disabling VPN and Proxies since those can affect the tracking. Games that were previously installed on the device or finished on a different website, won't show up in your in-progress section, since our offers are exclusively for new users.
