Scam

I tried this app from an advertisement, I went through an downloaded a game CSR 2, I completed their tiers as detailed to win $60, I’m good at playing games especially when I have time to play, I completed tier 2 an was about 11 hrs completed ahead of schedule, it said on app that I missed to qualify which isn’t true, I sent emails on support in app an they responded that I didn’t make it, so I proceeded to get tier 4 done an same thing happened I completed it almost 12 hrs ahead of schedule an it said the same thing, if I don’t hear from somebody soon, I will report them, I have proof that I completed everything with very minimal purchase, on their detail page it says purchases required are they brain dead scamming people for beating a game without having to make large purchases

Scam

I downloaded 3 games through the app and they all failed to track. I contacted support and they basically said there is nothing they can (will) do to help. This is their response:

“ Unfortunately, we cannot assist in inquiries when the Advertiser fails to report the transaction to our platform successfully.

The most common factors that cause issues with tracking are:
Usage of VPNs or Proxies
Playing games that were already previously installed.
Not accepting tracking and cookies.
Usage of Ad Blockers or blocking extensions.
The "Do not track" option should be set to OFF
Changing the Operating System or Phone during the same offer”

None of these issues apply to me.

I do not use VPNs or Proxies.
I’ve never installed these games before.
I don’t use Ad Blockers or Blocking Extensions.
Of course, I allowed tracking (duh)!
And I did not change operating systems or phones.

It’s in poor taste to basically blame the user, especially when, again, none of the “reasons” for not tracking my games applies to me in the first place. I also love how they feel they’re not responsible for their own app failing to track, when that’s the whole point of their app in the first place, no? And they do nothing to help you but blame the user and their advertisers for the problem with their own app in the first place. Looks like a scam, sounds like a scam and smells like one too.

Do not download this app

I downloaded as a way to make some extra cash first off some of their games are impossible to even attempt to get to their levels without paying a lot of money to get there.

they’re tracking systems don’t work if you follow their directions to the letter and allow the games to be tracked so you can play and you get to certain levels on a game for instance I am on level 100 on dice streams. I was supposed to get paid $180 for that, but because the tracking systems not working, even though the tracking is on my phone, I’m not gonna see a dime of that money. It’s not my fault. It’s so I’m $180 because they’re tracking system doesn’t function properly. It’s a scam, plain and simple. They are just trying to get you to download all these games and pay money for, stupid stuff grant that only paid $10 to play a little bit more maybe but the fact of the matter is I’m still not getting paid for my time playing these games which is what the whole purpose of this was don’t waste your time. I enjoy playing Dice Dreams it’s an amazing game but don’t waste your time expecting to get paid to play because you won’t. They’ll come up with some excuses to why you can’t.

App is not counting my progress

I have dowloaded the game using the app and clicking the link to download and it never marks in progress. I have just finished a trial and the app has not tracked my progress at all. I hope I can still be compensated. I used my money to finish other offers and jot one has shown on my account. My games are marked to track and so is the kashkick so I'm not sure what else I can do. I just downloaded this game and the app as well and it's my first time using this and I'm already having problems. I just want to be compensated and be sure that I can because It would be a shame if I didn't and I spend my time and money to not get rewarded at all.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

First off all, they like to delete bad reviews. This is the second time I’m posting this review.

I had seen a lot of positive comments about the legitimacy of the app and decided to give it a try. I set up the games exactly how they asked. I allowed it to track and I had not previously had them downloaded. I put in a lot of time to the games because you need to reach certain levels in a certain time frame. Turned out, KashKick was never giving me credit for the games. I reached out in hopes I could send them proof and they could help me out, however, they said there was nothing they could do. So I wasted my time because I did not get credited for anything I did. There are better apps that actually credit you for what you do. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Misleading scam

When you play the games, they explain you have a certain number of days to reach a level to get paid. I reached level 36 and spent money to reach that level only to be told I didn’t reach the level in time because they base it on hours, not days. Total scam. Too bad because it could be a fun and profitable app if they were honest. I am not the only one who is completely dissatisfied with this app, especially recently (read recent reviews). I encourage Apple to remove this fraudulent app from their store. 👎🏻

Meaning in case you start an offer at 11am and you have 10 days, your timeframe expires on the tenth day at 11am. Never gonna get it…..

So UPDATE: I realized I have played this game all day for 3 straight days, if I could POST screenshots and videos to show that it doesn’t matter how much you play you will NEVER EVER REACH THOSE GOALS, u less you spend hundreds of dollars in in app purchases, to reach those levels in just a few days is insane it might look easy at firsts yet they are screwing people over!!!! You are wasting more money playing then the reward your going to get in the end, I have wasted 40 dollars so far and I’m now down to 2 days! And my village is only on level 7 and I played several timescales at loooong? It’s insane. The came isn’t worth it. Waste of money and time one WHOLE SCAM TO GET PEOPLE TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY PLAYING TO GET THE 180 bucks when in reality that’s equivalent to what it will take in in app purchases to win before the 4 days lol JOOOKE!

Bogus rewards-Does not pay out

I would give this app a zero if I could but let me say it again: DOES NOT PAY OUT! I just heard about this app and thought why not?

First, you have to spend a ton of time playing games to get to the levels required to get a reward. Which also means to be prepared to shell out for in-app purchases to buy some of these goals.

Second, I downloaded the games from their website and their app. Waited the required 24-48 hours for it to show up in My Progress tab. Guess what ? Nothing there! Got a hold of support after spending lots of time playing - and was told it was a VPN blocking the developer from tracking my game. I played these games at home- no VPN… just an excuse to get my money and not pay out.

Third, customer support offers no assistance. Now that I have downloaded these games? I am not eligible to get any rewards for them as I am no longer considered a new player. So I will delete those games, delete the app, and warn everyone to be very careful if you decide to go for this.

Cash out and Verification Issues (Resolved)

I gave you guys a 3 stars for now, because the possibility of earning while playing seems promising. However, I’m having issues with the verification process. I have yet to receive any updates and all my information was correct. I’ll only provide an update and a better review when my issues are resolved. Hopefully 🙏🏾

I will keep playing

I started using KashKick in May of 2023 and in that time I have made about $170 just for playing a few games. In that time I have had no problems until now. I downloaded a game but apparently there was an error and my progress was not recorded. This was a game for $270. when I saw that the first benchmark progress had not been recorded I immediately contacted customer service. now, although kick said they cannot fix the error that occurred (hopefully one day such errors can be corrected.) I am more than satisfied with the help KashKick offered. they didn’t ignore my request for help and as many times (about 12+) massages Trying to explain the situation that was happening, They listened. They responded and they aided in finding a solution and although it’s not the outcome I necessarily wanted it to be, they gave me the next best option and I am thankful. It’s not another income, but it’s a good way to keep some change in your pocket.
