Multiple charges! Horrible customer service!
So I started using this app for college and work.. it has a lot of cool features and I enjoyed the app a lot, so I upgrade to pro to get the full version (paid annually). I use it almost daily. About 2 months after upgrading to pro, the features were locked again and I was told I needed to upgrade to pro. I thought maybe my credit card kicked back the charge or there was some other error, so I paid the annual fee again. After checking my credit card statements, I seen the charge wasn’t kicked back and I was indeed charged twice. I emailed support and never got a response. Then, about a week after that, once again, I logged in and now it’s telling me I need to upgrade again. I’ve sent multiple emails to support along with screenshots of the receipts and credit card statements. They refuse to respond or even acknowledge me. I will absolutely not be paying for this app a third time when there are multiple other apps that do the same thing. I recommend finding a better app with better customer support!Show lessProblems but great
I love the app. Don’t get me wrong. The ability to have so many different AI for different things is amazing, especially being able to generate images and create art pieces and artwork however, I keep running to issues with the sync of devices I was thinking it was my Internet because it keeps saying that but for whatever reason every single other app on my phone works just fine but whenever I try to see any of the chats that I’ve had, they simply don’t show up and it’s also causing my iPhone XR to crash for some reason despite me having this problem before i’m not sure if the AI is self hosted or something it shouldn’t be but I keep having it lagged and just overall slow. Meanwhile, every other app on my phone is working just fine. I give it three out of five stars. I pray that they fix this issue.Show lessNo support and pricing varies
I have written 5 emails requesting support from this developer. I even contacted Apple support who gave me the instructions on how to contact the developer which led me to their website with no way to contact other than what I had already tried. I have paid for this app twice! Once through paddle for three months at the same price Apple offers for a yearly subscription. Once I realized that, I tried to cancel auto renewal with paddle but they cancelled my subscription completely with two months remaining. They said they couldn’t restore the subscription and deferred to Nova. Nova responded through paddle with instructions on how to cancel my subscription that had already been cancelled. I replied to their email twice and wrote three other emails independently. I didn’t hear back after that, so I bit the bullet and purchased a year on Apples App Store. The web version did not recognize my purchase, therefore it only worked on my phone. I could not download the app on my computer because it doesn’t have an M1 chip. The web version should kick in but it showed a free version and kept asking me to upgrade to the paid version. When this app worked it was great but the reason I’m giving one star is because no one, not even a bot has responded to my multiple emails with screenshots. I have paid double for nothing!Show less
