Poor search, unstable

This app is great for tracking food and I have successful loosing weight, but there are several features which need development. 1. Total from previous day often shows for current day. 2. Search feature for recipes is too specific. If you don’t have the name exact, it will not show. It would be helpful to be able to search by categories like low carb breakfast or soups. It would be nice to be able to search for certain numbers to reach your target at the end of the day. 3. Revising entries can be fussy

Great app but a little glitchy

The app is amazing and the content/info you get from it is well worth the investment. My only issue is the app constantly logging me out or saying I don’t have a subscription when I actually do. If that could be fixed it would be 5 stars all the way!!

Best app for long term weight loss

This app addresses the main reason losing weight is challenging- keeping promises we make to ourselves. Putting the work in the mental part of losing weight is the key to losing weight and keeping it off! So grateful for this app!

Love the concept

I love the concept of the kept app. I wish it communicated to my fitness pal or apple health.

Great app for more than weight loss.

Chris’ app is amazing because it focuses on keeping promises to yourself instead of just focusing on being strict in all areas of weight loss. It allows you to choose what promises you are ready to keep to yourself, whether that be staying within a certain amount of calories each day, or your step count, even breathing exercises. And if you are not ready to make a promise, you don’t have to, the app encourages you to, yes push yourself, but not to the point of “falling off the wagon”. It’s a great app, and I recommend it for sure.

Worth every dime

This app has truly changed all of my habits on fitness and has held me to a greater accountability. On this app, you have the choice of creating your dream body, and it’s all drawn step by step for you on his app. You can choose multiple different styles of different workouts. The app also focus on aspects outside of just fitness like mental health, gratitude, and service. 1000% recommend this app to anyone that wants to have a better and more productive days/life

I have followed Chris Powell for years and I love what he stands for. This app is more than just diet and exercise. Health is more than diet and exercise. It entails movement, plenty of restful sleep, mindset, proper hydration and so much more. This app helps you with all of that. Gratitudes, different deep breathing techniques and most importantly, keeping your promises. You can start small and build up whenever you are ready.
