The app is disappointing as it keeps crashing once you use it.
Not consistent
This is an unreliable app. I have problems on a daily/weekly basis not bing able to connect with this app. Qure needs to change the app so you can connect FROM Qure to bluetooth. My apple devices (phone and ipad) have daily problems being able to find and connect. When the app does connect it works great.

App is pathetic
Very poor app, doesn’t accurately portray the mask’s charge level and unsyncs constantly
Don’t use the calendar!
The app was working fine until I said create a calendar reminder. I think that’s where the bug is chaps! Fix it!
Horrible
The mask doesn’t connect by blue tooth. It never connects and the tracker doesn’t track. This app is useless. For the price of this mask, you’d think they can hire someone who can make a better app.

I’ve given up on the app and do my treatment manually. As others have said it’s frustrating to connect to your device. Mine is iPhone 14 Pro. Then sometimes the treatment doesn’t go to completion when I use the app. It stops at 1:43 every time! Some days it’s fine and others it stops the treatment too soon.
The mask is a great, high quality product. Why can’t we have a simple app to track daily use??Get it together Cure!

Your tutorial doesn’t match the app
If you watch any of your videos, the app has options to select different areas. The actual app that I have does not. I have to keep reconnecting the device to Bluetooth to use it. You also can’t hit the back button on the bottom because it cuts off so to use it again you have to reconnect. You need an update on iPhones now. Your app is terrible.

Doesn’t work
Can’t even open the app it crashes every time you enter. It doesn’t effect the use of the mask completely but without the app you cannot access all the light options. Why make a mask that’s app dependent if the app doesn’t work?
