App not working
Setting up the planner breaks the app. It closes automatically.
Dissapointing
I’m surprised that such an amazing and widely used product would pair itself with an app that is so frustrating. It’s hit or miss as to whether it actually records my session in the calendar, and the number of steps to get it connected to Bluetooth and started up is absurd. Unless you need to customize the face zones with a mix of acne and anti-aging, it’s not worth the download.

The app doesn’t work at all
If you read this before buying this mask, DON’T BUY IT. The app simply does not work and support will make you jump through useless hoops. I have to use the mask in manual mode and can’t change light settings. I regret this very expensive purchase.
Works perfectly
Hard to understand the complaints. The mask connects and works perfectly. My only complaint with the company is they don’t send out your order until you ask when it’s going to be shipped. Then they get motivated and it still takes another week or so to get your order - hence four stars instead of five.

Crashes immediately upon launching
I’ve had my mask for 1 day and was able to use the app yesterday, it seemed like it would be pretty useful with the calendar usage tracking and challenge opt-ins and treatment reminders. Today is the second time I’m using it and the app closes within a second of being launched. I deleted it and re-downloaded the app and resigned in thinking this would reset the app but the same issue occurs. The mask still works without it however a key feature that led to my purchase of this mask was the custom light mapping treatments, which can only be used with the app. Pretty disappointing.

App crashes
If I can’t open the app; I can’t use the device. Why is it crashing every time I open it? For the high price of these masks; I would assume the app would be of high quality and functionality. Disappointed
Doesn’t work
This app is awful. For the past week it won’t stay connected and complete a treatment.
Terrible app & poor connectivity
Terrible app and poor connectivity with mask. Every time I use the app it asks me to reconnect and takes a long tim, if at all. I’ve been manually using the mask instead
Worst app ever!
This app is so bad, it isn’t helpful and it crashes while in treatment
Annoying
What’s going on with this app! I was able to connect without any issues. For about a month now I have to uninstall install again and again for it to connect. So annoying.
