App crashes
If I can’t open the app; I can’t use the device. Why is it crashing every time I open it? For the high price of these masks; I would assume the app would be of high quality and functionality. DisappointedMaryam05622

Terrible app & poor connectivity
Terrible app and poor connectivity with mask. Every time I use the app it asks me to reconnect and takes a long tim, if at all. I’ve been manually using the mask insteadHonest review anon

Annoying
What’s going on with this app! I was able to connect without any issues. For about a month now I have to uninstall install again and again for it to connect. So annoying.Peri 🤭
Annoying interface
So you have to select the item you want to connect to, before you can confirm you want to connect to the item which then leads you select the button to start searching the item you want to connect to from the list of connectable items (I.e your same item) before you can connect to that item. Seriously?!
Keep it simple?! You can’t even check on the battery life of your device once you start your treatment.
Glorified countdown app. Easier to turn your item on manually and count down in your head.Show lessKerplouski
Actual product is great, the app is the worst
The mask is wonderful. I have for face and neck. I spent a lot but the product is worth it. However the app is useless. I am not even sure why they bother. I got an email saying oh we fixed it!! Nope no you didn’t. Don’t waste your time even downloading it. Just garbagebubba1331/
