This app is terrible and constantly crashes while I’m using it. I’m not really even sure the point of the app unless you are customizing your treatment or want info on how much battery is left. Even tho I’m pretty sure the battery info is also incorrect.mae1234556

How is the app THIS bad?
With so much influencer backing, I cannot believe how frustrating this app is. It’s a hit and miss whether the app will find the device so that it can connect, regardless if I turn the device on before or after opening the app. Usually, after several tries, when it finally does recognize there is a device, there are so many clicks before you are actually connected so you can move on to the treatment. Some of those clicks require going BACKWARD to the home screen, connect, select the (only) device… this whole process is rather annoying.
After that, I noticed, it will only flash 3x when the treatment is done if I return to the app. And if I skip this step, I don’t think it records it in the calendar (I’ve used it nightly, but it still showed days were skipped somehow).
Lastly and most importantly, since this last upgrade, I’ve been not able to find where battery life is displayed. It’s died on me a few times now because there is no indication that it’s low or needs charging, or even just the status.
There are very few, but important needs for this app, and it does all of them (except for selecting full face/treatment zones) exceptionally poorly. It seems the app was recently revised since I bought the mask, and this new version is not any better than the last. So disappointing especially given the cost of this device.Show lessanjee-007
This is awful
The app was updated a few days after I received my mask and used it a few times. The newest update, I feel, is worse. It doesn’t show the true battery life even after being charged for 8 hours. It doesn’t connect easily to my mask. It doesn’t stay connected for the three minutes of treatment. This company also doesn’t offer free returns AND it costs a fee for restocking if you do return. Absolutely ridiculous. Wish I read more into this before buying an almost $400 mask. The app is awful and the customer care team knows it. They said “it’s a work in progress”. THEN WHY IS IT AVAILABLE FOR CONSUMERS? Oh yeah, because they want your money and that’s it. Trash. Trash. Trash.Show lesszay2120
Keeps crashing
Have used it once. Keeps crashing and closing as soon as I open it since then. Cannot use the app at all.Forced review not impressed
Can’t Even Create an Account
The app is completely unusable. There is an very long lag to select a birthdate. After you are finally able to choose a date there is no way to save it. So, I skipped the birthdate because it wasn’t required, but it wouldn’t save my profile. So, I couldn’t access the app.yusonaz
Works so far!
So far the app connects to the mask right away and every single time, I’ve had it less than a month though but so far it’s working awesome!no6895
