No Visual on previous treatments
I wish there would be a way to view the history of treatments done. It would be a great way to keep track of the evolution but also to remember of what areas we treated and with which light.Julieprexplr

Very few features despite high potential
The app seems to be a glorified on button. Yes, you can also configure the two treatments for different zones, but why?
The auto shutoff timer only works if the app is in the foreground. So if you start the treatment and use your phone to do something else, the mask will not turn off.
The scheduling is just a reminder, you can’t even schedule a specific treatment.
There’s definitely a lot of potential here, but at the moment, there’s much to be desired.Show lessFierceKitten
No returns, even if broken? And the app is terrible.
Sadly by the time you read this review it will be too late for you to return your product. The company return policy is terrible, the app is terrible, and of course who knows now if the results they seem to share are honest or accurate.

Will not start treatment
Connect to Bluetooth, but won’t start the treatment on either of my iPhone and iPad devices. I had to dig up my old, android phone to get it to work.TMontgomery56
Very unreliable
Very disappointed with this expensive product. I did my research but it seems that they might have been sponsored by Qure. Anyway, the product DOES NOT connect on app. It hasn’t been a week since I bought this product and the blue light (suppose to be for acne) just doesn’t work at all. What’s worse is that I have been trying to contact someone to see how I can fix this problem and there is no response whatsoever. This is very strange, waste of money and time. Not good
The app is terrible, it barely does anything and of the few very simple things it does it does them poorly. The calendar that’s supposed to track you usage just randomly fills in days when it wants. The light flashes at the end of the cycle which I didn’t realize until it did it a few times and I realized it was supposed to do it each time. I guess it just got disconnected during my treatments the other times. Unless you really need to pick different lights for different zones I’d skip the app.
The mask is a waste of money as well, it doesn’t fit well on my face but you can’t return it so be ready to commit to the price.Show lessGennafer
