Timer does not shut off
The timer is an issue for me. It does not automatically shut off so I’m using my iPhone timer to end my treatment.Jazzmonster808

The calendar tracker is useless. It will arbitrarily skip a day even if you run the mask several times in a row. You can’t manually tick off a day if it malfunctions.
The battery icon never shows full so the mask will die in the middle of a treatment.
The app has very limited features but what it does have doesn’t even work.
Come on guys, since this is a selling point of your mask to set it apart from all the others out there, it should work! I saved up for this mask (it isn’t cheap) and it’s really disappointing that the one cool thing about it isn’t even functioning.Show lessCoriwithani
Log on bug
App won’t detect the username and password used on the website. The app lets you create a new account, but then won’t detect the new account. The mask is great, I sure would like to use the app, too.DCD71

Needs to be fixed
The app will kick you off and won’t let you log back in. There is no reset option or recovery for your password. For the amount of money that you pay for this device, the app should be of better quality. I had talked to customer service and they said that they don’t have the option of resetting passwords. They reset my whole account which doesn’t make sense. The app still doesn’t work, which is absolutely useless.Show lessgoodness good news

Not sure if it’s worth the hype if you cannot even have an option to customize it!

Disconnects from mask after a few seconds.
Chose this mask over competitors because they claimed users could choose between red or blue on different areas of the face. However, the mask ALWAYS disconnects after a few seconds when using the app, so I can only use 100% red or 100% blue.bistitchualbee
Useless app
I guess you can select what configuration you want for your treatment which I don’t even use because I only use it on the anti aging setting for my full face. other that that the app is useless. It perpetually displays that the battery is half full no matter how much you charge the device and you have no idea the device is low on battery until it just suddenly dies. It used to track what days I used the device so I can keep track of how many treatments I’ve done but lately it doesn’t even do that anymore. Literally useless. I might has well go back to pen and paper to track my treatments and battery life. Believe me I’ve reached out to customer service and all they have are long-winded explanations and “we are working on it”. No solutions. Doesn’t Connect!
I tried very hard to sign up and connect the devices but all in vain! I am frustrated.natashagritz
Simple Functionality that doesn’t work
I can connect my mask and do a treatment but often times the mask will disconnect which forces the timer to stop and I and you have to restart your treatment. The simple tracking mechanism which trucks how many days and which days you did a treatment does not work properly. My mask never shows as fully charged even though I charge it daily. I’m not sure if that’s just the app is broken or if truly, my mask doesn’t charge fully. I do like the ability to customize blue and red light based on the location of your face.
